Michelle's apartment was in the exact right place and had all the amenities we needed for a fabulous trip to see friends in Atlanta. She was so responsive to our requests and the location cannot be beat. We will return!

This was our first visit to Covington and staying at Sarah’s place made it even better. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the square. Perfect!! Extremely impressed and will return in the future!

Jackie’s place was the best experience yet that we have had in Air B&B. Visually the atmosphere is very pleasing and hospitable. Our every need and question was taken into consideration before we ever even met. There were explicit instructions about how to operate the TV, what to do or who to contact if any problems were encountered with the property, local places of interest, convenient restaurants with delivery and/ or pickup, and even items included on the premises folks may have forgotten or overlooked in their packing. She was so sweet to have given us a welcoming basket with her own homemade delicious pound cake and other nice snacks for travelers fresh off the road. At our departure, we received lovely note and some decorative soaps. It was a very comfortable, quiet and serene place to stay! We will definitely check to see if she has availability and hopefully stay there on our next trip to the Conyers area. Great hosts, property, close to family-what more could we ask for.😊

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Maria was so friendly. She gave us little gift bags and made sure everything was okay. The house is gorgeous and there is a little patio to sit on although we were not able to enjoy it due to the weather. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

Stayed with a friend for just a night while passing through Atlanta for a concert at Variety Playhouse, this was a great space for two people! Very cozy, clean, & in a very convenient location with easy check in & check out. We felt very safe as two women traveling alone

My family and I came from 4 hours away. Mid-drive our original booking cancelled on us and it was already 9pm. I requested a booking with Noveline and informed her we would be arriving around midnight. She was extremely helpful and responsive. My family and I were very appreciative of the flexibility allowed. Furthermore, we loved the home! It was beautifully decorated and felt very homey, free of clutter and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again if presented the opportunity. If you’re thinking of booking this home- do it! You won’t regret it.

We really enjoyed chuck and Kelly’s place! They had the house fully stocked with everything that you would need. Loved the furniture and decor, and the couch was unbelievably comfortable. Loved all the extra blankets too ! The vanity in the bedroom was a huge bonus for my teenage daughter and I! The only thing my two older kids recommended is TVs in the other 2 bedrooms 🤣 your place was great ! And we loved the location. We were there for several things, one being the vampire diaries stuff. If you’re looking for a place to stay to enjoy the stuff from the show this is perfect. Loved the area, and communication and check in was great ! Thanks again for hosting us chuck and Kelly!

Great little place, right next to downtown Monroe, but on a quiet street. Can walk to pretty much anything you would want or need. An adorable house that was very clean and inviting. Friendly neighbors. An overall wonderful experience.

Mia solved every concern that we encountered and could not have been more helpful. This home was beautiful and provided a place for us to relax and enjoy visiting family in the area. I would definitely recommend this destination to others.

My family was in Monroe for a wedding. The house provided all we needed for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and had lots of space for sleeping.

I booked this AirBNB since it was located near my family in the ATL for my eldest nephews graduation. My sister in law, the mother of my nephew found it for us and it was perfect. We drove all day and night and when we arrived, it felt like home. The beds were clean and made up; everything was freshly laundered; the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was perfect for our 5 night stay. For the price and location it is worth it. most hotels are starting at 200 a night. For the price we paid for our stay, it was worth it. You felt at home, safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location in the Loganville/Grayson, GA area to many others. I am sure I'll book again for next visit with my family.

Our family of 7 traveled to GA for a wedding May 2025. The house was so comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. Our kids loved that there was a pool, and our host even provided plenty of clean beach towels. The home is large and comfortable, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved going to Bread & Butter Café and grabbing essentials from Kroger. We loved our stay and will absolutely book again if we are ever in GA.

Was a wonderful stay everything was perfect and David a Jayne was very responsive if I had any questions.

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

Shirley’s place was lovely. It was exactly like the listing. It was easy to get to, all instructions were clear, and it was incredibly cozy.

Very responsive and if not Ms Ginny her associate would. Had an internet problem but was the city’s issue , Ms Ginny diligently worked on the problem, recommend the stay not far from downtown all things very accessible, very nice place!!

This is a great property! It matched the description, was very well equipped, and we found it immaculately clean. It's a pleasant surprise that the outside looks like nothing special but, then upon entry to the unit it's extremely modern and nice. My family's only complaint was the noise. This unit is located on a main street and trucks could be heard passing 24 hours a day. Larissa did provide ear plugs, which multiple members of my family did use.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!
