Great house! Family and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy house, party of 3 and very comfortable in the space. Both a quiet street and community and unit was well secured. Home was spotless! Very close to everything! Appreciated the restaurant recommendations; had an amazing dinner at one of the recommended spots. Would stay here again! We wish we found it sooner because it would have become our go to while our daughter was in school.

Beautiful, clean cottage in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. This was a very cozy and well-appointed retreat with a welcoming vibe. We loved the atmosphere (the record player was such a cool touch)! Debbie and Dave were responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again!

We chose Maggie’s place because it was close to our daughter’s wedding venue and looked like a pretty place for the bridesmaids to get ready and have photos that morning. It didn’t disappoint! Everything about it was beautiful-very clean and inviting. The linens are lovely and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The record player gave us fun entertainment. The game cabinet was very well stocked. The bathrooms had toiletries. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and even all the things that make cooking easier (salt, oil, etc.). We enjoyed having a home base during a very busy weekend. Maggie was also very helpful and let us come back later after we checked out because we realized we had left my daughter’s wedding cake in the freezer! We are very grateful and recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This place is a great landing spot for a trip to Athens. It's located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood and is close to campus and restaurants. Its is really well thought out in terms of use of space. The kitchen is cute and well-stocked, with lots of storage. The washer/dryer is an added bonus! Although the bathroom is small, it manages to squeeze in some storage (and hooks!) and is clean and stylish. Although I didn't have any problems with it, I could see the small driveway with parking shared with the upstairs unit being a bit dicey. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was absolutely lovely! It was super cozy and the patio was beautiful. The park nearby was so nice, and it was overall such an amazing stay!

First time in Georgia. Came to watch our grandson graduate from basic training. The house was so comfortable and inviting, cozy and clean. Perfect location if you want to be minutes away from the base.

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

We enjoyed our stay! Margaret was always responsive to messages. In town for a weeding and it was a great place to stay!

Judy and her husband are the sweetest! Would love to stay there again. The space was big, quiet and really clean. Would a 100% recommend staying with them.

Stayed with Luis for 5 nights while visiting my son nearby. The place was immaculate and provided easy access to everything I needed. Coffee and water were plentiful and I felt safe and comfortable in this adorable space. Luis was sweet, helpful and attentive to my stay. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you Luis for a wonderful stay.

This was my second stay at The Tomlin House, and I enjoyed it as much as I did during my first visit. I look forward to another stay in August.

I really enjoyed my stay on Greene st. I chose the 3 rd floor loft and it was very nice. The stairs to the 3rd floor was a surprise but truly with clear instructions prior to check in I was prepared. Jessica offered local restaurants and there are lots of alternatives as well. There is a single cup coffee machine,iron, blow dryer, kitchen pots, pans, cooking utensils, and bathroom toiletries available for guests. Traveling alone the security lock on the entrance was spectacular. This location is in a good location. It was pretty quiet and comfortable especially for the weekend. Lots of things to do within walking/driving distance. The only things I took notice of was the circulation fan is pretty loud.. it forces you to increase the tv volume, coffee machine is a bit dated. I look forward to a return visit and would love to utilize this location again.

Mary Lou’s home and gardens are beautiful! The room and bathroom are lovely, restful, spacious, clean and welcoming.

We had a great stay for a girl's weekend trip. The tree house was amazing and the location was walkable to trails and the famous cemetery. The host was very responsive and checked in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. The place itself was absolutely beautiful.

Ling was an amazing host, super thoughtful, communicative and goes the extra mile. Her house is beautiful and well done. It is also close to all the attractions. Would definitely come back here!

We thankfully were able to return to Ange's BnB just before the Thanksgiving holiday and catch up on some needed R&R, and just like our first time, we felt such joy and comfort and our stay really helped us have an incredible vacation. Ange and her human + fur companions are truly all sweethearts and they could charge us extra for their wonderful hugs, but their generosity knows no bounds among all the other spoils they provide. The gift alone of her mouthwatering culinary spoils would be worth the trip, but the oasis she's created too nourishes our hearts and spirits, especially for everyone in our family, which is no small feat given everyone's preferences, dietary constraints, and disability challenges yet she somehow does it all. Sincerely, if you have the opportunity to arrange a stay at Ange's, don't hesitate and prepare yourself for the multitude of spoils! Thank you Ange & co!!!

My partner and I chose this place on a whim and it was the best decision of the year! The house is, of course, a classic restoration but they did an amazing job blending the original pieces with modern technology such as button locks and central air. I can admit I was nervous about the bed being old and wooden, but it was so comfortable and clean, there were no problems whatsoever. The only warning I'd provide is for individuals who might need more space due to size or handicap to feel comfortable might find the bathroom a tight fit, but they do such an amazing job with the space, it didn't affect our trip at all. The provided breakfast was delicious and a huge thank you to Jennifer for serving us this morning. I didn't know I'd enjoy eating breakfast with other guests, but we all got to talking and it was very pleasant. The grounds were lovely as well. We enjoyed sipping wine and watching the baby deer in the back play. All around cannot recommend this place more!

Gavron has a beautiful home. Guest room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. I slept great! Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

We booked this place truly last minute and it was the most wonderful surprise stay ever. What a beautiful home and peaceful location plus Linda and Bob are amazing as hosts. Very friendly and welcoming. True hospitality. Linda even made us a warm breakfast and especially cooked for my sweet daughter. 10 out of 10. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and memorable and we did not want to leave. The 1903 house is a dream with a beautiful porch to enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast. We truly had the best time and appreciate Bob and Linda. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We cannot wait to return.

Stunning property! Quick walk to the Marietta Square! Comfy bed, lots of towels and functional kitchen! Made for an amazing stay! Can’t wait to come back!
