Very pleased. Cosy and nice room. Very close to the location I had to visit. My first choice for the next visits.

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

The room is tidy, clean, and comfortable, with lots of space. The garden is private and quiet, and the host is friendly and easy to contact. It is highly recommended for a short-term stay.

Lovely comfortable bungalow, just like home from home. Great communication from the owner. Everything supplied for a very comfortable and pleasant stat. Thank you
