We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

The flat is very clean and tidy, bed was extremely comfortable and the host is available at late hours.

Anthony was extremely helpful and super responsive, this lovely Jen took the time out to call me as I booked quite late in the day and he wanted to make sure that the room was absolutely perfect. Of course the pictures never do the place justice, such a clean fresh smelling place And you can see great deal of attention to detail and to make sure that guests have a really good stay. Anthony was a delightful host and accommodation with its wonderful bed and comfy couch were absolutely exceptional, just fine attention to detail of putting in different flavoured teabags, fresh smelling hand soaps in the bathroom and curtains up blinds at the door that you would find in a five star hotel. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone not just because of the super clean and value for money, but because of Anthony’s really kind and warm approach and I wish him every success in the future.
