We loved our stay here for when we visited New Haven! The place was clean and worked perfect for our dog! We loved the farm outside and the peaceful and private area outside. Would stay here again!

I've stayed in several places but Kg's stands out as the best place. In general the place is comfortable,peaceful and private, Appliances are new and house is sparkling clean with simple functional layout plan. Parking is private (not in the street). Each room has modern functional AC with remote control for heating/cooling. Kitchen has latest LG cooker- highly efficient. washer and a fast drier was great. The 2 bedrooms are separated but not too far from each other with a lot of storage available. I really loved the cleanliness and effort made by KG to make the place comfortable for a family trip. I Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for what I needed. It was on the same street as some of the family I was visiting so very convenient. Quick easy drive to stores or restaurants. The bed was super comfortable. There was a very nice fenced in backyard.

Stephanie was extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. The place was pristine and super cozy! The decor was very nice, highlighting local artists.

Graham was a wonderful host. Very communicative. The place looked better than the pictures I must say. It’s large enough for 3 adults and clean and had everything you require. Very walkable to all the town has to offer. Would recommend

Leizel’s place is great! My second time there and same hospitality. Leizel’s place is great for a single traveler or possibly couple. Close to the highway and stores, restaurants, bars, etc. She is friendly and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Safe location and great value! I highly suggest her when in the area.

Sonia was a fantastic host, she immediately took care of any questions you may have had. She responded to any text quickly. The place was completely clean and in a good area of town. Walking distance to local park. Not a long drive to get gas or go to a store for whatever you may have needed!! 👏😊

Wonderful apartment. As described, thoughtfully laid out. Well-stocked kitchen (including basic food supplies), fun decorations, very nice furniture (I'm quite jealous of the rocking chair), comfortable bed, great shower, the place kept up and very clean. Truman's communication was clear and proactive, I hope to stay here in the future!

Great stay in Stony Creek Village with a view of Long Island Sound and short walk to the pier, Stony Creek Market (breakfast & lunch). I used the Library and went to services at the Stony Creek Congregational Church. Overall, a nice experience.

Very nice place but only one bathroom

My friends and I (4 adults) had a fun couples weekend and really appreciated the stay! The space was a great size for all of us, and it had a lot of thoughtful touches like extra towels, clear instructions, and even games to play together. We had a great time and, despite a few things we noticed, it was overall a good stay and I’d probably stay again. Pros: • When we first walked in, the place smelled super clean • Spacious enough for four adults to feel comfortable • Extra essentials provided in case we forgot anything • Convenient and easy parking • Tons of games to play, which was such a nice touch • Ice already stocked in the freezer • Clear instructions and a very welcoming host • location, close to all the places we planned to visit Cons: • We found a bug in one of the rooms that was a beetle and the host was super helpful with that situation • There was hair on the beds, in the shower, and even in some cups in the kitchen . Neighbourhood caught us off guard.

Sheber was great to deal with for this stay. She was helpful at check in time, answered questions quickly and was clear in directions. The location is walkable to Yale campus- where we saw a show at the bowl. There a couple restaurants nearby for casual food. Parking was easy. The apartment is cute and kept up nicely. AC units in the windows kept the temperature cool.

We were recently in town to visit family, staying at Traci’s made our visit enjoyable and relaxing. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed and a peaceful view of the brook. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, thank you Traci!

Had an amazing stay here! The apartment is spacious, includes all the amenities you need, bed is very comfortable, and the entire place was clean. The surrounding area is beautiful and private. Waking up in the morning and in the afternoon I could hear the peaceful sound of birds chirping outside. The space is located on a very quiet road in a nice neighborhood. The host, Charles, is fantastic! He met me when I arrived. He replied in a timely manner to any questions I had. A nice touch he had snacks and cold waters waiting in the apartment for me when I checked in. I even extended my stay an extra day because of how lovely the overall experience was. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend you do too!!! Thank you, Charles!

Lori's place lived up to all of my expectations. It was very comfortable and well appointed. While it is right in the center of the little village, it still maintained a great sense of peace and privacy. I highly recommend this place as a lovely respite in the charming town of Chester.

The place was immaculate and Shawn is an amazing host. He responds quickly and ensures his guests are consistently good to go. Nice location, convenient to lots of things in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

My family enjoyed their short stay at Camilla’s apartment. The apartment was a beautiful place.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was amazing and spacious for five adults. Our experience with Jose’s listing was outstanding, from the cozy bed to the stunning views every morning and the timely response from Jose. It made the family trip a memorable one!

If you are looking for a peaceful stay with an absolutely gorgeous view I fully recommend this place! The sound of nature as you look down the mountain full of beautiful trees and landscape! The hot tub in the space was relaxing and perfect! Everything you need in your little area. Also, Al was an absolute pleasure. He was sweet, very accommodating, and gave great recommendations! I would highly recommend and I would love to return in the fall to see the view in color!

We had a wonderful stay! Gabe was a very welcoming host and shared some great local restaurant recommendations—highly recommend checking out Casa Nova on River Road. His two dogs, Molly and Nate, were also incredibly friendly and added a warm, homey touch to the experience. The apartment was spotless and filled with thoughtful notes that made everything easy. A special surprise was the bag of everything needed to make s’mores left for us—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The pool area offered stunning views, and the hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. There’s even a hiking trail accessible right from the property, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to explore—but it’s a great bonus for future visits. This place truly felt like a little piece of heaven. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Jim’s place will be where me and my little family of2 will be every trip to ct. first Jim was very responsive during the booking/messages process. He was very sweet and understanding. Coming into the home it’s a cute space very open. Upon coming in we were welcomed with a welcome note that was so cute! We also had a very clean and private space. My wife is has ptsd and doesn’t sleep well other places then home but at Jim’s she was sound asleep and was able to have a peaceful stay. From the annuities that was very considerate. There weren’t the cheap hotel stuff that is usually in Airbnb’s. They were nice namebrand, considerate things along with appliances. Jim was very responsive and actually checked in a few times just to make sure we were having an absolutely great stay.
