We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and decorated so cute. It easily accommodated our group of 7, and even though we had a lot of rain during our trip, the space made it easy for us to still have the best time. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute drive to the beach and close to everything. We especially loved grilling and hanging out in the backyard and pool when the weather cleared up. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, even sending us beach photos before we arrived, which made us even more excited for the trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay! The place was immaculate! My son is only 14 months so he is alllll over the floors. I felt so at ease knowing he was on a clean floor! Everything was beautifully kept and there were plenty of towels and bedding! The pool was perfect but just a little too cold for my son! We did stay in June so the weather wasn’t very hot yet. The yard was big and very private and my son enjoyed his time outside! I need to be in the area around the same time next year and we are hoping this will be available! Everything was perfect and pristine!

My wife and I traveled for business and brought out two young daughters 5 and 2 y/o. There was plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves. It felt like home which allowed us to relax and enjoy the area. The location is near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and other convenience stores. The drive is 2 minutes. You can also walk about 5-10minutes to the area with restaurants. The walk is pleasant, as the neighborhood is well kept and gardening seems to be one of the primary hobbies. We spent time driving all over the shore for various reasons (work and leisure). The house was well situated and easy to travel wherever we needed. This house could easily accommodate 6 grown adults. Plenty of space and amenities to relax and unwind.

This was our second time staying here and we had a great time! Mike and Jenna are very responsive and friendly. The new outdoor space was our favorite part. We'll definitely be back again in the future.

The place was very clean, uncluttered, inviting and relaxing. Loved the way its decorated. I like the fact that there were long mirrors in the bedrooms, it makes up for the fact that there’s only 1 bathroom. Conveniently located to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. I liked all the extra beach things that were provided like beach tags, buggy, chairs, towels, umbrella. Also nice back area for hanging out. The kitchen is well stocked if you decide to do any cooking. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again or at any of his other listings as you can tell that he is experienced in rentals and wants his guests to have a nice vacation!

Patty was an excellent host! She was proactive with making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The house is beautiful and near plenty of local restaurants and beaches. We had a great weekend here!

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

The house was beautiful, well appointed, modern, clean and perfect for two couples or 4 people total. Loved the walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants! The outdoor shower was AMAZING. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back.

It was an amazing stay for my friends and me. We had so much fun and absolutely loved the outdoor area. The host was super proactive when we needed anything. The property looks exactly like the photos! I’ll be back soon.

Great place for a family on a quiet street at the edge of Ocean Grove. Close enough to the beach for a little kid to scooter comfortably. We appreciated that it was relatively baby proofed.

A lovely location in a quiet part of Belmar. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk and we rented a large crib and if could fit in the 2nd bedroom room for our baby. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Home exceeded our expectations. Host was friendly, communicative & greeted us @ check-in to be sure we got inside ok. We did not need to reach out during our stay. Everything was exactly as described/pictured. Perfect getaway in a quiet part of town but close to the hustle of beaches, restaurants & attractions. Beautiful neighborhood, extremely clean, well organized home w/ friendly neighbors, relaxing porch, beautiful, hydrangeas in front & backyard space. Indoors was perfect mix of exremely modern & the charm of many childhood homes. Endless amenities in the home with fully stocked, dream kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite, two additional bedrooms and 2 additional updated full baths, welcome treat, grill, beach towels & chairs, perfect temperature in the heat of our stay, extra lighting, places to charge phones & extra plush blankets for relaxing after a hot day on the beach. The perfect amount of space to separate from family members or spend time with them. Place is a gem

My friends and i stayed here. We were a group of 4 and it was perfect for us! The whole place was clean and homey! The location was amazing, close to boardwalk and restaurants. It truly was the perfect place and we would 100% stay here again
