Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. The tram stop is a 3-minute walk and takes our guests to Linz main square in 12 minutes. Local suppliers, wine taverns, restaurants, as well as an indoor swimming pool with wellness area are in the immediate neighborhood.

Our 16th century home was recently renovated with the aim of adding modern amenities while preserving historic features. The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms.
