Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Perfect for a relaxing holiday for couples or families! Large garden with a small house, BBQ terrace, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower – perfect for enjoying the open air. Public pool, hiking trails, cycling routes, and other activities nearby. The sunny apartment, renovated in 2025, offers 72 m² of comfort for 2–4 guests and is fully equipped. A fifth bed can be added if needed. Washing machine in the basement is available for shared use. Not available for contractor groups.

Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Sleeps 3 adults and 2 children. A large garden with a trampoline, a forest garden, and a stream with a small waterfall invite you to explore. The woods begin right at the doorstep, with hiking trails and an indoor climbing hall just a short drive away. A simple home – no luxury – but a peaceful retreat for nature lovers of all ages, perfect for outdoor play, slow mornings, and quiet evenings. Two friendly cats live on the property and may stop by to say hello.

Experience a unique stay in a stylishly furnished tiny house: here you will find space to breathe, recharge and BE. You can expect a king-size bed with a view of the countryside, a rain shower with a view of the forest, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace for relaxing. Surrounded by a lot of nature & greenery. Listen to the birds chirping, pick fresh herbs or feed the chickens and pigs on our small farm. Here you can leave everyday life behind.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Apartment in the Old town of Steyr The self-catering apartment is located in the Old Town of Steyr. The apartment is only 1 minute away from the main square and the castle park. An additional terrace invites you to relax. we are close to: main station 700 m, FH OÖ Campus Steyr, restaurant, bars, cinema … Steyr is the 40 Kilometer away from capital City LINZ. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft (20m2) für bis zu drei Personen. Das Appartement befindet sich im Souterrain eines zweigeschossigen Hauses. Es wurde alles 2022 renoviert. Bahnhof, City, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Spielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Rad- und Spazierwege an der Ybbs.
