The place fully matches the photos, it was warm and cozy. Serhii is a pleasant person in communication and showed everything you need at check-in, told about the nearest shops, stops for convenience. Value for money 10/10. Thank you so much!

Cozy studio centrally located near Olympic stadium

ScottyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I’ve spent a lot of time in Kyiv, and I know the Airbnb landscape well. Without question, Alex’s place is at the top of the list. It’s spotless. It’s centrally located—right in the City Centre, with easy, intuitive pickup for Uklon or Bolt. And it’s on a lower floor, rear-facing into a quiet courtyard surrounded by taller buildings. (If you follow current events, you’ll understand why that matters—this is a very safe location.) The amenities? Outstanding. If you’re a frequent traveler like me, you’ll find yourself nodding: “Yes… yes… yes…” Alex clearly knows what he’s doing. Great Airbnb hosts anticipate your needs. That only comes with experience—and Alex has it. And the price? Frankly, it’s far too low for what you’re getting—but that’s the reality of a city going through unimaginable hardship. Ukrainians are doing their best to stay afloat, and this listing is a quiet testament to that resilience. I’d gladly pay more. Oh! And it has AC. Trust me; during summer, that matters!)
