My friend and I made a last minute decision to stay over in Orvieto and we are grateful that Lidia and her team had this second floor unit available! It is close to everything and a stone's throw from Duomo.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento per 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’host Chiara ci ha accolti e ci ha permesso di fare il check-in anticipato e di rimanere nella casa anche dopo l’orario del check-out, così da averci agevolato con gli orari dei treni. Ci ha anche dato numerosi consigli sulla zona e sulle attività disponibili. 5 stelle🤠, se dovessimo ritornare ad Anguillara soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui!!!!

Sehr schöne saubere gemütliche Unterkunft. Stefania war immer zu erreichen und super freundlich. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Enrica si è mostrata una persona squisita. È stata accogliente e disponibile a tutte le richieste. Si è interessata alle mie difficoltà di viaggio con gentile partecipazione. Disponibile in ogni momento. La casa è pulitissima, accogliente, ben arredata, molto graziosa e provvista di tutto. Sicuramente , all'occorrenza ripeterò l'esperienza. La consiglio vivamente. Dimenticavo di dire che si trova al centro della città e molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria.

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

Ho passato 4 giorni a Roma per lavoro, mi sono trovato benissimo l’appartamento era molto bene curato e pulito, la terrazza il punto forte della casa stupenda per aperitivi e cene, Stefania sempre molto gentile per qualasisi mia necessità! Grazie

I loved my stay at Marta’s apartment! The apartment is amazing, and much larger than the pictures show. Marta was so welcoming and sweet and easy to communicate with. Great location also, several bars and restaurants on the piazza and a short walk to the sights and the mountain nearby. Will definitely book again for my next trip to Spoleto.

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Loved staying at Marco's place. It's bellisimo! and he is an amazing host! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Abbiamo passato dei giorni davvero piacevoli in questa casa! Il posto è esattamente come nelle foto, forse anche meglio: pulito, accogliente e super tranquillo. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La zona è comoda per spostarsi, e l’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda o consiglio (ci ha anche suggerito un ristorantino top!). La casa ha tutto quello che serve: letto comodo, cucina attrezzata, Wi-Fi che funziona bene e anche qualche extra carino tipo caffè, tisane e saponi profumati. Un altro punto a favore: si può lasciare la struttura entro le 12, il che è super comodo, soprattutto se vuoi dormire un po’ di più o fare le cose con calma prima di partire. Insomma, consigliatissimo! Se torniamo da queste parti, sappiamo già dove prenotare

Eleonora was a wonderful host! The place itself was clean, safe and welcoming. We had a great stay and even extended our stay because of its convenience to travel and explore around the area! Eleonora not only gave us extra time and space to stay, but she also checked in on us! Amazing stay and so worth the price! :)

Ho scelto l'appartamento per la vicinanza all'ENEA. Infatti 5 minuti a piedi e appartamento con ogni comodità. Posizione tranquilla.

Macchina da caffè con cialde. All'arrivo c'era una bottiglia di acqua naturale e una gassata in frigorifero e diversi snack sul tavolo in salotto. Zona barbecue con cucina fornitissima di tutto

Gianluca and Alessandra are wonderful hosts. Their place is so cute and spacious. We liked having the washer/dryer. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a variety of options for dining which were delicious. This airb/b is an outstanding choice in Orvieto.
