Holiday rentals with a pool in Viterbo

We hebben een fantastische week gehad met onze familie in Villa Pupi. Een heel Comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een prachtige plek middenin het groen. Trevigano is dichtbij voor boodschappen en heerlijke restaurants. Giorgio was een fijne gastheer. Hij reageerde snel op vragen en dacht mee met ons. Ook Francesco was super aardig en kwam direct langs toen we een urgente vraag hadden. Wij alle zes zijn heel enthousiast over dit huis ook al is het aan de dure kant voor ons was het dit waard. 😀‼️

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Siamo stati una settimana nell'alloggio di Luca e Anna: gli spazi sono confortevoli (anche se eravamo in 4 il divano letto era strategico). La piscina molto bella, curata e ben sorvegliata da Michele. La posizione è ottima per visitare e scoprire la tuscia viterbese, i consigli di Luca sono stati molto utili per organizzarci. Luca e Anna sono sempre stati molto disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza.

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Adele is the best host we have had in our history of AirBNBing. She helped us when we got stranded, she was proactive with her communications, and extremely friendly. She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Overall, we loved our stay and we would return to Adele 100% given another chance. THANK YOU!

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

This is a lovely holiday location. Beautiful views and wonderful people. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed stunning sunsets and long ours at the pool. There are three apartments and the space is well organized so that everybody can feel comfortable. The only problem was the internet wich came and went as it pleased but it didn't spoil the whole experience. Grazie mille!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

But what truly sets Casale Zeno apart is the warmth and hospitality of Tony and Jo. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel like part of the family. Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Wunder … Wunder … Wunderschön. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Svilena mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite gestanden. Ein herzlicher Empfang erwartete uns dann bei unserer Ankunft. Lage, Lage: mitten in der Stadt (der Bus fährt vor der Tür ab, die Tram nur 100 Meter entfernt) wird man von betörendem Jasmin-Duft begrüßt. Ein kleiner Pool, ein Relax Chill-Ecke und ein großer Tisch laden zur Entspannung im Garten ein. Die Außenküche ist einfach nur praktisch. Mit zahlreichen Designermöbeln ist der Wohn-/Essbereich wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier kann man am langen Eichentisch herrlich frühstücken oder dinieren. Alles in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder, Nachtwäsche, Handtücher … alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Und immer wieder erfreut sich das Auge an schöner Kunst, interessanten Bildern und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten. Was fehlt: N I X ! Garnichts! Man kann sich hier wirklich nur wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Luogo bellissimo! Appartamento super accogliente e pulito! Anna ci ha accolto con un cestino di benvenuto con alcuni prodotti dell'agriturismo. Piscina sempre pulita, prato ben curato. Abbiamo mangiato uova delle sue galline e zucchine del suo orto. A 5 minuti coop molto fornita per qualsiasi necessità. Ci svegliavamo con il suono degli uccellini... weekend davvero rilassante e rigenerante. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Paola una anfitriona excepcional, amable, servicial , simpática y siempre disponible para lo q necesites. el lugar es un pueblo costero para alojarse , la tranquilidad del lugar para relajarse es excelente. supermercado cerca , cocina super equipada, utensilios para que te puedas cocinar lo q desees limpieza execelente. recomendable absolutamente para quienes quieran relax y tranquilidad.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Unser Aufenthalt in Podere Agnese war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Ein großes Haus mit viel Platz für 6 Personen, Garten mit Sonnen - und Schattenplätzen und ein Pool- eine Freude an den heißen Tagen im August. Der Blick in die toskanische Landschaft ist beeindruckend, unzählige lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele befinden sich in der Nähe. Dass Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Klimaanlage sehr wohltuend. Marta war als Ansprechperson immer sofort erreichbar, Danilo pflegte Pool und Garten regelmäßig und war sofort da, wenn er gebraucht wurde. Er hatte gute Tipps für das Essen am Abend und ist zudem ein sehr sympathischer Mensch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Podere Agnese sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement, parfaitement à la hauteur de la description. Le cadre est vraiment plaisant, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement des vacances. Nous recommandons vivement !

The house overall was great, we had the whole area gor ourselfes with a lot of fruit-trees arround with the pool as a highlight. The furniture is a bit basic but nothing to worry about. Also the communication with our host was quick and helpful. Just the access road was a bit more offroad than expected. But we would visit again!!

Der Aufenthalt war mehr als 5 Sterne wert und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das ganze Anwesen ist traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt. Man fühlt sich schon beim reinfahren sehr wohl. Es ist sehr sauber, der Pool perfekt und das Chalet ebenfalls für 2 Personen absolut perfekt. In echt ist es noch viel schöner als auf Fotos! Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Giorgio hat uns direkt wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Alles war sehr sauber, der Pool war gepflegt und einladend. Die Möbel waren in einwandfreiem Zustand und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos. Das Haus sieht in echt genauso schön aus wie auf den Bildern – absolut empfehlenswert!

각 방마다 화장실과 샤워실이 있어서 아주 편하고 좋았어요. 주위 환경이 아주 조용하고 넓은 주차장이 있어서 편하고 좋아요. 수퍼마켓도 가까운 곳에 있었어요. 큰 주방과 테이블과 충분한 편한 의자가 잘 준비되어 있었어요. 저희 친구들과 가족들에게 로마에 방문할 기회가 있으면 꼭 이곳에 머물도록 추천하려고 합니다. 너무 좋은 장소에서 편하게 3일동안 쉬었다 갑니다. 친절하게 안내해주고 도와주신 호스트 분들께 감사드립니다. 그분들을 다시 뵙게 되기를 원합니다.

Jättefint hus med fantastisk trädgård och pool! Enda anmärkningen var att det endast finns ac i ett av de fyra sovrummen så det var ganska varmt inomhus.
