Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Viterbo

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

I stayed with my partner and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter for a long weekend in Cristy's house. We had a great time, the house is very clean, tidy and super fragrant! The outdoor pool gave us a truly relaxing break. The owners were always kind and helpful, welcoming us and always answering our questions. Restaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach. Highly recommend!!!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and looked after. Luciana was incredibly helpful with where to shop and where to find things in Viterbo. From day one we were treated amazingly, snacks, milk, juice on arrival. Every day thereafter a variety of cakes, freshly laid eggs, coffee when they were having one !! Despite the language barrier nothing was to much trouble. The apartment was incredibly spacious with everything you needed and a lovely outdoor space with table, chairs and swing seat. So peaceful despite being just off the main road into town. Thankyou so much Luciana and Mauro you were amazing, we can't recommend this place highly enough!

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Christina's place is charming, comfortable and well equipped, in a lovely environment in the hills, amongst hazelnut and olive groves. It was quite cool inside in unusually baking June weather. We discovered it had a lovely private shady terrace just beside the house, a few steps down from the front door and looking out over the hills behind. It's amongst a number of other similar houses quite nearby, but which didn't intrude - we hardly saw our neighbours. But we did see and hear birds and even see a pine marten. Covered parking is near the house, and there's a small supermarket just a few minutes drive away, at the foot of the town. The shared pool was friendly and not crowded. Capranica, a walk away, is an impressive medieval town. Christina was quickly responsive to a few queries we had.

Had the best stay at Enrico's place!!! Beautiful gardens, pool, views and more 😍 We wanted to BBQ one night and Domenico prepared the bigger house's BBQ for us since this place doesn't have one, which was so kind!! Very nice donkeys, cat and dogs too ❤️ Will be back 1000%!

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

We loved this clean, cozy, and convenient studio. We hope to come back every summer. We walked out our door to the lake and many restaurants and gelato shops.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had on Airbnb. The apartment is perfect. Great location with everything you need. The host went out of their way to make us comfortable including booking multiple transfers for us.

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. Elena is an excellent host, she provided us with all the information and specifications before departure, well in advance, this allowed us to arrive easily without any availability. She was also flexible and very welcoming, as was her delightful cottage immersed in silence and wonderful greenery.

This place was magical. I fell asleep every night listening to the waterfall in the ravine. Town was a fairytale spot. I never got tired of exploring the beautiful, twisting old streets. Property was just as promised. Rikke went so far above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even arranging a money saving ride to the train station for me. Great experience!

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat and had everything we needed. The flat was clean, comfortable and cosy. . There was an issue with the internet connection but since we were outside most of the day, it wasn't that important this time. Definitely the right decision for a couple. Fiorella was very kind in welcoming us and telling us the history of her home. Very clean apartment equipped with every comfort, recommended to visit the sights nearby!

Everything was great. The pictures looked just like the place. Local restaurants are walking distance. Great view of the lake.
