Villa holiday rentals in Viseu District

we had a very pleasant week in this quiet house with very beautiful landscapes. the pool nearby refreshed us well and made the children happy. the house is typical and nice the outdoor shower is very nice in summer. Teresa is a very nice person and very available.

My family and I (wife and two kids (13 and 16) spent three days over Chistmas at the house. it was the absolute perfect place to spend the holidays. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and was perfect for us to prepare the full Véspera and Christmas Day meals. There is even a local bread delivery service and the legendary Sera da.estrela mountain cheese made from local sheep available close by. Loriga is a beautiful mountain town and should not to be missed. From the beginning Senhor Tiago was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so grateful to have been able to spend our Christmas in such a fantastic location. We can't recommend this house more highly!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. The patio was nice to enjoy too with great views all around. We had a car with us and we're able to park it across the street in an off street parking space. Julio was kind to give us a quick talk about the region and a taste of his delicious port wine.

It was a Pazer staying at this place. Very clean and tidy, and the space was exactly as described! Excellent communication with the Host who helped us with everything! In addition to having facilitated the Check in, we still left the air on for greater comfort! And it also gave us some mimimhos; an excellent Mel that everyone loved and some fantastic Kiwis! Thank you very much Mr Orlando!

It was a good few days ago. Weather helped. The kids loved the pool and the space. And the adults too. :)

The space of D. Fátima is excellent. The conditions are the ones that are presented and it is an excellent place to spend a few relaxed days. D Fátima was very helpful throughout the stay and was always available for whatever was necessary. A place to revisit, no doubt!

The house is very spacious, with several environments and can accommodate a large family easily. There are 4 bedrooms and several rooms with beds/sofas, all rooms with air-conditioning/heating. The outdoor space is immense and our dog loved exploring it every day. Easy communication and very friendly hosts 😊

Very nice house with everything you could want for a quiet and comfortable stay in a beautiful surroundings and amazing view. We were a group of 7 people and we enjoyed every minute staying in the house, making good use of the pool, outside area, kitchen and bbq. Jose Manuel and Sofia were great hosts, providing good and swift answers eveytime we needed. Short note regarding driving. The roads in this side of Portugal can be curvy with a lot of hills, so we recommend taking good time and drive slowly. Apple and Gggle Maps can be a little tricky in this side of the world as sometimes it can take you to narrow streets only because it makes the route shorter by few meters so usually it is best to stay on roads marked as national roads (N***).

Our stay was fantastic! The house is extremely comfortable and perfect for a group of friends. We took full advantage of the pool, barbecue and dining room. It is a house with beautiful and peaceful decor, ideal for relaxing and enjoying good times together. It allowed us to get out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and have a good rest. We highly recommend it and will certainly come back!

I can't say enough about how incredible this Airbnb was, Carla and her property were so beyond expectations. My family and I felt extremely comfortable there, it is remote but absolutely beautiful. We were not able to use the pool, because the weather was a little bit cold. I jumped in for like 20 minutes and even though it was cold it was very nice. Carla was so communicative the entire time we were there, she made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us to book a tour around the Douro Valley and surrounding areas. She and a friend also cooked us breakfast every morning, which was delicious and helped us to start our day. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely return.

What an EXTRAORDINARY accommodation Casa Marmelo was for our group of 8 adults when visiting the Douro valley !!! Host Kate was super to work -- right from our initial contact for information through our date of departure. What an excellent WELCOME GUIDE she provided before our arrival - with valuable tips and suggestions for activities and dining throughout the area. Housekeeper Helene too could not have been more kind, charming, and helpful. What delicious breakfasts she made for us each morning. The entire property was kept so clean and tidy. What a memorable time we all had -- we all hope to be back!

Beautiful estate nestled in the hills of the Porto area. Very nice discovery and all the ingredients present to have a good time with the family. The meeting of the animals present in the area as well as the services are real pluses. A big thank you!

Very large house with everything you need. There were 14 of us and we occupied 7 rooms, each with a bathroom. The refrigerator failed and Tiago replaced it the same day. Perfect place to visit the Douro and the surrounding cities but a little far from Porto. Access to the house is via the back street.

Beautiful location stunning house. Great host. Do the vineyard tour it is great lots of information and gorgeous wine! Hard to leave the house for day trips as it is so tempting to stay in! Local people are friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing week we will be back for sure!!!!

Our stay at this place was UNREAL! The views was like something taken from a movie with its hills and scenery. Jose, the host we were in contact with, made the whole stay even better! The wine tour was incredible and informative and having access to the pool during these hot days was incredible. The comments said the pool was private but in the booking it says shared pool. But I imagine the pool is restricted to the ones in the houses, not the camping. Overall, an incredible stay!! Will definitely come back some day!

We had a very relaxing time at João’s place. The surroundings are beautiful and calm, the apartment was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Maria’s home is beautiful! Extremely well appointed, clean and comfortable. The pool area with shower & toilet nearby is well planned. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ several evenings during our stay.

I don't think you could ever tire of the views from Quinta do Fraguil. They're breathtaking - we kept taking just one more photo! It's so special to be able to see so far into the distance and right down to the bottom of the valley. Even the local viewing point didn't match it! From start to finish, Rui was a friendly and really responsive host. He made us feel confident as soon as we had booked that we were going to be staying somewhere special. He turned up to meet us when we arrived and was in really good contact any time we needed to ask him anything before or during our stay. The pool is a total highlight - a good size and really clean. The house itself was also really clean and tastefully furnished. The outside eating area was perfect and made you feel happy to stay 'at home' and cook! We had sunshine every day and warm evenings sitting outside. This is the sort of place that you feel really sad to leave at the end of your holiday and one that you're very likely to visit again.

amazing - just absolutely stunning. the house is homely and spotlessly clean. the land its on is second to none, fruit trees everywhere; kiwis, limes, oranges, apples. the host was super responsive and helpful. big supermarkets 15 mins away, easy access to porto. a wonderful stay and an amazing trip. obrigada!

We were 5 adults and 3 children, the house is comoda, although the rooms are small. The space is well organized and with the basic grocery stores available. The exterior is quite pleasant, the heated pool. Friendly, welcoming, and easy-to communicate hosts. We were given a taste of wonderful wine. The view is incredible and the wonderful quiet, especially those who seek to rest. Although isolated, we quickly arrived anywhere. We just miss a faster and more stable microwave and internet, just like TV l

I have no words to describe how good our stay was. House so smelly, tidy, clean, all the utensils we needed , to make us feel at home. Maria was a love with us and our family, and the stay is very close to everything including supermarkets, pharmacies and local routes, we will return soon for sure.
