Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Possibility to borrow a boat is available. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's world and Bullerbyn. 35 minutes to Eksjö wooden city, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), nearby with nice walking paths. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

Dammstugan is located on the beautiful Asby headland. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you can walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing and toys. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the middle of central Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but individually and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgrens World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a small child as there is a crib. Alternatively 4 adults. Sleeps and towels are not included. The tenant cleans before check-out.

A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby.
