FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksberg Manor: 19th century or older. In this farm the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – d. 1790) is said to have lived. On a stone in the foundation of the courtyard should be a carving with Nils name. Picture of this stone can be found in the Värmland archive's foot archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present. It's probably hidden by mortar covered over the rocks.

The cabin is located close to the highway, 6 km from the city centre of Helsingborg with ferries to Denmark every 20 minutes. Grocery store not far away and the bus stop around the corner.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but is still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas.
