Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Villefranche-sur-Mer

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

This place is excellent. Was here for a week (for work) and it was very close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk) and la Croisette (~15 minutes). The hosts are incredibly responsive and share lots of clear instructions. The place was clean, very well decorated and an all around lovely space. Hope to rebook for next year! I recently stayed at this apartment and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment itself was immaculate, clean, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Great accommodation. Beautiful old town charm. The roof terrace is a huge highlight. Super nice and comfy. Unfortunately, there is no view of the city or the sea. But that's not too bad, because you're still in the middle of the action. Everything is very close and within walking distance. Right around the corner is a grocery store, the whole old town is super easy to reach. The sea and beach are also barely five minutes away. You can park in the La Poste parking garage, which is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. That's a huge advantage. There, however, the service speaks only French ;) which we unfortunately needed constantly. Cyril and Justine took great care of our stay and were always easily accessible and always proactively contacted us. There was nothing that we really missed or that we would have missed. We can only recommend this accommodation 😌

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

The apartment is in its own very secure and peaceful grounds, located far enough from the nearby main road and railway line that their presence isn’t that noticeable from the apartment balcony. The view of the sea from the front balcony is stunning and the same can be said for the rear view that looks out over the beautiful tree covered hillside and the sound of different bird life is always present both front and back. The open plan layout of the main living room and kitchen area, plus access to the very large front balcony area is very effective and practical. I have to say you really need a car though as the apartment location is not within practical walking distance to a bakery or restaurants. With a car both are easily accessible locally with ample parking along the waterfront of Golfe Juan for the plethora of restaurants. An ideal location for a very peaceful but practical holiday.

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small for sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

The place is gorgeous, beautiful garden, amazing views with great amenities. Fabien is a GREAT host and was always very attentive and responsive. The location is super convenient! E we will definitely recommend Fabian’s property!!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We spent a very nice holiday there. The domain is very quiet, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the peace and quiet.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Patricia’s home. She and Claude were the perfect hosts! The views from the balcony were breathtaking. They were so kind and very responsive . Loved my stay here . I will be back !

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

Our stay at Kim's place was great! The apartment was exactly as described, she was very generous with the towels provided! The place was spotless when we arrived. We hired a car and ended up returning it because the location was perfect for getting the train everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place purely for the accessibility to anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to the port and old town. Kim was an amazing host, responded quickly and also gave very clear instructions. Thank you for having us Kim! I would recommend this place to any couple wanting to explore the French Riviera :)

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

A fantastic apartment. Ideal to explore the French Riviera and Provence from a quiet, fixed location. Vence is easily accessible on foot. The view is wonderful. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. Very nice also the pétanque square and the swimming pool.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

You honestly cannot beat this location. 30 minute walk to Antibes, 10 minute train to Cannes and a 2 minute walk to a spectacular beach. The apartment was clean and the AC was very nice to come home to after a long day in the sun. Stefania was extremely responsive and we had to problems checking in!
