We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and a fab time in Villefranche which is an excellent base from which to explore the area. Everything was exactly as described and we had all that we needed. Tim is a responsive host who provided some great recommendations of things to see and do. As many others have said a stand out feature of this apartment is the balcony and the fabulous view - we were lucky enough to see an awesome firework display across the bay on Saturday night.

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

This is one of those places where you get what you pay for: it is in a great location (convenient to train station; great views; above the promenade in the heart of old town); it is a great unit (very clean; all rooms were very spacious; and surprisingly really nice artwork throughout); and the host Jonathan was everything you would want (he was very responsive; provided clear instructions; and was very pleasant to communicate with). We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Viellefranche.

Absolutely superb - as you can see everyone has loved their stay at Mikhails beautiful apartment. It is amazing in every way and we are hopeful to return as this was simply the BEST. Mikhail’s hospitality, attention to detail and thoughtfulness are truly exceptional.

This apartment truly made our stay in Nice absolutely magical. The communication was fantastic, the size of the apartment and the amenities were so comfortable. It felt like a home and away from home. Everything was very close by Uber as well, with all the tows and Monaco just a short drive from the apartment. Thea was incredibly lovely and attentive to all our needs. She was close by to help us check in and out, the apartment size was comfortable, everything was very clean and modern and it had a fantastic view with great amenities close by like a supermarket, a coffee shop and a pizza shop. We loved having a washing machine and a kitchen in the apartment, with a beautiful view to relax and enjoy the best vista of Nice. We will absolutely stay here again, thank you so much for being such wonderful hosts!

The apartment looked exactly as pictured and the view is beautiful. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants. Audrey (the host) was super helpful with check-in and check out. We would highly recommend booking!

I stayed at this flat in Villefranche-sur-Mer for about two weeks, and it was perfect. It’s right in the center of the village and just a few minutes’ walk from my program, so the location couldn’t have been better. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the space quickly felt like home. I was traveling alone and felt very safe the entire time, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — I’m definitely hoping to stay here again in the future.

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Our experience with Khadija's rental exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb itself was adorable and I couldn't get over with how many useful items it included. There were spices and other cooking items to use at our leisure as well as games to play under the TV. The unit also included two TVs and access to Netflix which was great for unwinding at night before bed. The patio was a very nice feature and all the furniture was comfortable. My partner and I actually both slept the best we have in a long time on the bed there! This was our first of 3 Airbnb's during our vacation in France and now that we're back home I can say that this was the only Airbnb that we truly enjoyed. It was comfiest, quietest, cleanest, and had the most amenities. The only downside was the location. We found that there was not good food and not much to do in the area so we had to take transit in order to do anything we had planned for and to eat. Other than that it was an amazing experience!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

Eva gave very clear instructions on where to park and how to get to the Bnb. You can’t beat the surroundings the view is absolutely incredible. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was such a nice addition.

We had an unforgettable family holiday at Dominique’s beautiful apartment in Villefranche! The large terrace with stunning views of the bay was perfect for family dinners and morning coffee, with a dining table, sun loungers, and cozy seating areas. The apartment's layout was ideal, featuring three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed nook for kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso machine. Dominique was a fantastic host, always responsive with clear instructions for check-in. The location is peaceful yet close to town, though the hillside setting means some steps—manageable for us but worth noting. We appreciated the secure garage for easy parking. This cozy, well-equipped apartment was perfect for our family, and we’d highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Villefranche!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Good location, beach and shops nearby

After staying for a week, I can confidently say this is an excellent choice for a trip to the South of France! The apartment felt very safe and is perfectly located right by the sea – just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful, peaceful beach** that wasn’t crowded at all. The area is wonderfully quiet, yet surrounded by **plenty of delicious restaurants Getting to nearby cities was easy with Uber. The host was fantastic! They kept the place absolutely spotless and made our stay very comfortable. They also gave us incredibly helpful recommendations for amazing restaurants– every single one was a hit, no disappointments! Such a kind and thoughtful host – I’ll definitely stay here again next time!
