Super friendly host , apartment is clean and location is very beautiful.

The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, besonders der eigene Seezugang hat uns gefallen (das Ufer ist fast durchgängig in privater Hand) und abends hatten wir die Sonne auf dem großzügigen Balkon. Geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet.

Wunderschöne Aussicht. Toller Badeplatz und Hallenbad. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nette Nachbarn. Alles supertoll.

Alles super! Aufgrund meiner späten Ankunft habe ich Felix leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Aber die Kommunikation per Chat sowie der Check-In und Check-Out haben problemlos funktioniert. Obwohl ich nur kurz zu Gast war, habe ich mich sofort in der sauberen, gut gelegenen und bestens ausgerüsteten Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert :)

Tolle Lage…unser Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns einige gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Neue, großzügige und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck. Sehr guter und freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. In Sattendorf selbst befindet sich keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die zu zahlende Kurabgabe berechtigt zur kostenlosen Nutzung der S-Bahn. Der Bahnhof der S-Bahn ist keine 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Dadurch sind auch ohne PKW Nutzung Einkäufe, Ausflüge oder Fahrten nach Villach etc. problemlos möglich.

Das Appartement ist klein aber fein. Es gibt einen separates Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein großes Doppelbett im größeren Wohn-/Essbereich. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt da und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist top: es gibt einen privaten Seezugang, ein Strandbad, Restaurants und weitere zahlreiche kinderfreundliche Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit Richard war top: Check in und out waren flexibel, er war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Gerade allen, die viel unternehmen und keine 5-Gänge-Menüs kochen möchten (die Küche ist recht klein) kann ich Richards Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

An amazing location directly on Ossiach lake with a direct lake access, small grassy beach and a parking lot. A nice bonus - there is a floating platform in the lake just a stone throw away, which we used to jump into the lake and have fun. THE place for SUP board fans. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, with 3 double bedrooms and a large balcony facing the lake. The beds are fine, the bed linen is clean. The bath towels could be larger. The Internet is free of charge. The password is on the wifi router. The place could be tidier as mentioned in previous comments. Almost no soap gel in the bathroom. The accomodation is not an entire private house, but an appartement on the 2nd floor with no lift. The access to two upper bedrooms is via a very steep staircase, which is not suitable for small children or elderly people. What we really missed were insect nets on the windows. There's a lot of insects coming in when you open to get fresh air, although no biting mosquitoes.

Top Wohnung in super Lage (Strandbad, öffentlicher Strand, Supermarkt alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse mit Markise. Einziges Manko ist die stark befahrene Straße direkt unterhalb der Terrasse. War für uns allerdings weniger ein Problem, da wir die meiste Zeit außer Haus waren und nachts die Fenster den Straßenlärm vollständig abschirmen.

Apartment war sehr schön, sauber gut ausgestattet und es war wirklich unglaublich nahe am See.

Schöner und ruhiger Ort für einen Familienurlaub. Sauberer See mit Angelmöglichkeiten und Schwimmen.
