Super friendly host , apartment is clean and location is very beautiful.

The house is really nicely located and prepared with a lot of love. The photos don't really do justice to the place. The apartment was perfect for the two of us in terms of size and furnishings, including the dog, who also felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave. I can't even list the many small special features here, it's best to discover them yourself.

Beautiful, well-kept, spacious and well-equipped apartment with large covered terrace overlooking the large garden, the promenade and the lake. Pleasantly cool in the height of summer, as it is a lower ground floor. The beach from the adjacent Hotel Birkenhof, which I could use for free, is less than a minute away. It is only a few minutes' walk to the center, where there are some very good restaurants. Would book again anytime!

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

Thank you Helmut and team for a wonderful week on the Faakersee. We had a truly restful week in beautiful surroundings. The house was perfect for us and your warmth and hospitality were greatly appreciated. This was our best AirBnB to date.

Spacious apartment, good beds, with small balcony overlooking the lake. Small fridge and coffee machine available. Fitness/ spa area with indoor/ outdoor pool was included. Breakfast and restaurant at the house are recommended. Great location right by the lake with direct access to swimming, bar and food right on the water - and ideally oriented to the sundowner. We had a pleasant stay with two small children at the lake. The lake view is stunning! Very nice hosting. pool, sauna, games... a little extra to have a good time. We would highly recommend!

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. On the day of departure, Felix informed us about the rail replacement traffic... it couldn't be better! And the lake on the doorstep is a dream!!! Thank you!

We visited Petra for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is superbly equipped and spacious. The direct lake access and the sunbathing area are beautiful. For us as a family with small children, the optimal place to take a vacation.

Beautiful apartment from which you can see directly on Lake Wörthersee! You can also walk to the lake. The facility is large, but you can easily find your way around. We really enjoyed starting the new year here!

Lovingly furnished apartment with great balcony, quiet and very comfortable. A short walk from the beach, start for hiking trails/bike trails nearby. It was great we will be back!

The three of us had wonderful days here. The private lake access is unbeatable, the view of the Mittagskogel incredible. The house is clean and fully equipped. We will definitely be back!

Christoph and his mother were very friendly and very responsive. The apartment was extremely clean, corresponded to the pictures and is located in an outbuilding. It was very quiet and we could be completely for us. The sauna is in the main building and was not used by us. The washing machine is not in the apartment. We were able to drop off the laundry and got you back washed. Very good restaurants and a supermarket were within walking distance. Parking spaces were more than sufficiently available on the property. The entire property and the private estate is very well maintained. We felt very comfortable. The train station is also a few minutes away on foot. With the Wörthersee Pluscard, we were able to take the S-Bahn for free. We were happy to use this opportunity to drive to Klagenfurt and Velden and we were able to leave the car. Conclusion: Highly recommended, we will be happy to book this apartment again.

We felt super comfortable in the apartment, everything was great: location , equipment, lake access...... Communication was always very fast. We will definitely be back!
