Apartment holiday rentals in Villach-Land

Beautiful, spacious apartment with huge terrace in great location! Our children (2 and 5 years) felt very comfortable, also because they even found some toys in the two lovingly designed children's rooms. Thanks to the lakes, mountains and other leisure activities in the area never got bored and we had a very nice, varied time! We will be happy to come back! :)

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Two beautiful bathrooms and a total of three toilets was perfect for us. Contact with Peter or the neighbor on site was very straightforward. Extremely quiet location, but you only have a view of the lake from certain points. We also really enjoyed the picnic table on the edge of the forest, where we were able to escape the heat well.

We really liked it in the Villa Albatros. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The bed is comfortable, the apartment very nice. Everything necessary and specified is available. Check-in and check-out worked wonderfully. The location is beautiful and you can quickly get to Velden or Klagenfurt. There is a very good restaurant (Bistro Südsee) and a small, quiet, very nice beach within walking distance. There are also many worthwhile excursion destinations in the area. A visit is totally worth it.

The house is a few steps away from the private lake access in a picturesque landscape. Anton and Margot were very accommodating hosts and super helpful. A special highlight were the beach and the freely usable things for all guests, including a pedal boat and a rowing boat.

A beautiful and very comfortable apartment – perfect for relaxing, even if just for one night. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. Highly recommended, and we’d be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time. The apartment is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures, very well-equipped and clean. By bike it takes only 2 min to the train station (for shopping in Hermagor) and 5 min to the beach. Perfect for families with children!

A beautiful and stylishly decorated apartment with great views of Lake Wörthersee. Due to the two balconies, you always have the choice of sun and shade. The beach with 5€ entrance (public access to the lake does not offer beautiful sunbathing areas, are very rare and from the apartment at least 20 min walk) was very nice and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. One tourist tax per person per night will be added to the rental price.

A wonderful house, lake view, clean, very well furnished, complete with all the comforts and very quiet. We were greeted by Ina and Alexander, who showed us around the house. Following a path in the woods in 10 minutes you can reach the center. What's to say, we already want to go back. The place is beautiful and the apartment has a great location But it is in a very high location on the mountain. It takes time to drive there, but it is worth the experience with the cool atmosphere and beautiful view

We spent 4 nights there as a 4-member family. We went to ski, the slopes are cca. 15-20 minutes far away. We enjoyed the warm apartment after skiing. It was very comfortable with two separate bedrooms and big kithen with table and all comforts you need (e.g. dishwasher and lots of plates and glasses etc) . Plus there was a livingroom with a big sofa also. The beds were super comfortable. There were two toilets. I think this apartment is comfortable for 6 people also. We travel a lot and we think this apartment is perfect.

We went skiing on Bad Kleinkirchheim, this skiing place is 12 minutes driving from apartment. We got easy instructions to get in our apartment and a parking spot was available. In apartment you can find everything what you need.

A cosy place in a great location. You can tell that the hosts have put a lot of effort into the decor and want their guests to feel at home. The elevator almost directly to the apartment and the underground garage are huge advantages and the view from the balcony is spectacular. As for the location, it's close to the centre of Villach and the Gerlitzen ski lift. The only inconvenience was the garden. We were with our dog and had hoped to be able to play there and such, but unfortunately other tenants in the building don't bother to pick up after their dogs, so the garden was full of "hundekot". It's not the hosts' fault, of course, and maybe it's better in the summer, but during our stay in January the garden was barely usable. Luckily there are some lovely walks in the area so we were fine. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend Christa's place.

Wonderful apartment! Everything looks very new. The family who owns the house was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was really nice and clean and also the rest of the apartment was well thought out. We also ate outside in the garden every evening and sat comfortably in the small open garden shed in the evening. There was also a pool for swimming or plenty of lakes nearby that can be reached by car. You could also park in front of the property. It is a quiet area where you can relax well. The only note is that it is optimal for 2-3 people and possibly still for 2 children, but that it is a bit scarce with sleeping for 6 adults. Nevertheless, we had a super nice time and would really recommend the accommodation to anyone:) Thank you!
