A very nice place with a private lake every all what a family needs The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the place is very, very clean

Apartment very clean, well-equipped kitchen, very good location (lake access right across the street, train station to Villach and cable car within walking distance, boat dock just a few steps away, free access to bathroom with large lawn…). Shopping by bike 10 minutes (Hofer, bakery, Lidl). Very nice and helpful hostess. We enjoyed the vacation very much!

Beautiful apartment from which you can see directly on Lake Wörthersee! You can also walk to the lake. The facility is large, but you can easily find your way around. We really enjoyed starting the new year here!

Very well maintained, very modern and fully equipped apartment with everything you need - ideal for relaxing directly. Roller shutter, awning, lounge furniture, loungers, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, air conditioning,... nothing is missing. We have known the house and surroundings for a long time, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to enjoy. A quiet house, not quite central but ideal for hiking, biking or just relaxing and swimming on the large sunbathing area with direct lake access. Thanks a lot!

The Accommodation was exactly as expected and has a room for storing ski and snowboard equipment which i didnt know from the photos it has a boot warmer and plenty of room for anything ekse you dont want to keep in the apartment, the apartment was spotless and very warm and shower was great and always had hot water. Parking was plenty for all the apartments the driveway entrance was a bit steep and narrow up to the apartment but easy enough even for a large car. the view of the lake is fantastic and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and cafes, we walked up to the Wasserfall restaurant one evening and the Lady that runs it was very welcoming and the pizzas were great. I would definitely come back to this apartment. the only thing that's missing is a lounge area but apart from that, it was great for our family of 4..

We (3 adults, 3 kids) had a great 5 days at the Villa Muller. Some things to know: - our review is for the owner, Alexander Muller, and not Holidu, the service listed as the owner on AirbNb. Herr Muller is a great host, very responsive and friendly and extemely helpful. - there are two apartments in the building, each occupying one floor: Rotfuchs on the first floor, Turmfalke on the second floor. The owners live on the bottom floor. We were in Turmfalke, so two flights of stairs. - the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two bathrooms, each with shower, and a separate toilet (without a sink). - the lake is around 200 meters walk from the house, there's a cabin with with ice cream and drinks to purchase and fishing and boating gear. There is a rowboat, small sailboat, kayak and several paddleboards available to use. They also have bicycles, helmets and walking sticks and backpacks that can be used free of charge. The kids spent all their time at the lake!

We had a great stay off season. Direct access to the lake, near to a lot of local attractions.

I spent a beautiful and relaxing weekend! The host was amazing, she also gave us awesome advices on activities to do during our stay! The area is very peaceful and the view is beautiful, perfect for relax! I had an amazing experience, I totally recommend it. I would come back again.

The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

Really nice place to access the lake district. The house is beautifull with an epic terrace with view on the valley (not on the lake). Easy access to several trekkings all around. Velden is a very nice little village too, shame about Villach wich is a completely dead city - nothing to do at all.. except for the Spa.

Wonderful house, great location, everything lovingly maintained

The house was as described and in a wonderful location to see the area. Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, bus stop, and train stop. The lake was perfect for swimming and the views of the lake were stunning. Hiking was also accessable from the BnB doorstep. Markus was very accommodating and helpful. He provided recommendations for us and was attentive to our needs. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

Arrived and felt right at home! The house is superbly divided and the rooms are functionally furnished. Heidi replaced a mattress that was no longer good within a day. It's great that we were allowed to use everything. We almost inflated the bike. Because there is only one bathroom and toilet on the first floor, you could often hear the stairs creaking loudly at night. For us house dust allergy sufferers, the many carpets, upholstery and pillows are not optimal, next time we will take medication, because we would very much like to come back. Many thanks also for the very friendly welcome and great hospitality!

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

We visited Petra for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is superbly equipped and spacious. The direct lake access and the sunbathing area are beautiful. For us as a family with small children, the optimal place to take a vacation.

We had an all-around perfect stay! Saskia is an incredibly warm hostess – you can immediately tell how much love and passion she puts into the accommodation. Everything is designed with so much attention to detail that you immediately feel at home. It was also fantastic for our dog: the large garden is great for relaxing and the direct access to the river was a real highlight. We have rarely felt so welcome and will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation!

We stayed with Saskia as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and dog. The apartment was very clean and corresponds exactly to the photos. It has everything you need. The reception was extremely warm, Saskia and her husband love to pamper their guests. The garden with various seating areas (lounges, arbor, sauna, massage chair...) is a dream. The property is directly adjacent to the river Gail. We enjoyed this cooling, bathing shoes are recommended here because of the current. There are many beautiful things to do in the region: hiking, the lakes and Klagenfurt... And you can walk the dog from the garden in the forest for a long time. But the best thing is the many little things you don't expect: the laundry smells, screens, the furniture is tasteful and cozy, chilled drinks and an ice cube maker are available to everyone. Wishes will be fulfilled before they have been thought... Thanks so much for the nice days. We will definitely visit again!

Saskia is a great host and is very caring about her guest. We felt very welcome. The apartment is very clean and the garden is so beautiful. Definitely 5stars!

We stayed with Saskia for a weekend and felt very comfortable. Saskia is truly an incredibly accommodating and lovely host. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the amenities it needs. Highlights were the Finnish sauna, infra red sauna and massage chair. We will definitely be back!

Extremely welcoming hosts, a large and spacious suite, super-scented white linens, and beds are too comfortable.

Top apartment in a great location (beach, public beach, supermarket all within 5-10 minutes' walk). The apartment has a large terrace with awning. The only drawback is the busy road directly below the terrace. However, it was less of a problem for us, as we were out of the house most of the time and the windows completely shield the street noise at night.
