Holiday rentals with a sauna in Villach-Land

We had a wonderful stay at Gebhard's & Eva's apartment. The apartment is even better than in the photos and the bathhouse with the private lake access is a great bonus! We traveled with a toddler, and were kindly provided with a baby cot and high chair. We would come back any time!

It was perfect for our short stay. The rooms are clean, and you can reach the center with a short drive.

We were originally surprised to find ourselves on the mountain in a quiet location as we planned to stay nearer the lake. I have to say this was a fantastic place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was clean, the view amazing, the Jacuzzi was fun. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time in the snow in Villach. In Sonja's beautiful apartment there was everything we needed to cook, sit comfortably together and relax in the beautiful sauna! Sonja was available for any question! Thank you for all, we will be happy to come back 😊

great place to stay at the ski slopes of Gerlitzen. ski in/out. very clean. all new. modern minimalist design, very practical, spacious! pool and sauna! great breakfast. we are definitely comming again:)

Very nice apartment, in a quiet area with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake where we could have lunch and dinner. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom, there is really nothing missing, technological equipment included. Comfortable double bed and double sofa bed a little less, but it was fine anyway. Parking space below the house. Very clean kitchen, bed and bathroom, the rest of the apartment is a little dusty. Self check-in with very detailed instructions sent via message, Michael is not present. The location is great for visiting the lakes of Carinthia, but far from commercial activities that can be reached by car quickly. We didn't use the sauna, but it was available to us. I am very satisfied with the stay and highly recommend it, it was a shame to leave such a comfortable and beautiful apartment.

We spent beautiful days at this place. Amenities are as described. For children there are games, books and also to experience the house a lot. Our children especially liked the great treehouse in the garden. Great we also found the possibility of making a fire and stick bread in the fireplace on the terrace. The sofa has a panoramic view towards the lake. The lake is a 4-minute drive away. Andreas was easily accessible if you had a question.

Really nice place, only 15 minutes from Nassfeld Ski resort. The host was really kind, the apartment was clean, the sauna is really cool. I can only recommend it.

Our second time staying at this apartment to ski at Nassfeld, great location 15 min from Nassfeld millenium express, very calm neighbourhood and the apartment has everything you need for your ski stay :)

We stayed with Saskia as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and dog. The apartment was very clean and corresponds exactly to the photos. It has everything you need. The reception was extremely warm, Saskia and her husband love to pamper their guests. The garden with various seating areas (lounges, arbor, sauna, massage chair...) is a dream. The property is directly adjacent to the river Gail. We enjoyed this cooling, bathing shoes are recommended here because of the current. There are many beautiful things to do in the region: hiking, the lakes and Klagenfurt... And you can walk the dog from the garden in the forest for a long time. But the best thing is the many little things you don't expect: the laundry smells, screens, the furniture is tasteful and cozy, chilled drinks and an ice cube maker are available to everyone. Wishes will be fulfilled before they have been thought... Thanks so much for the nice days. We will definitely visit again!

Saskia is a great host and is very caring about her guest. We felt very welcome. The apartment is very clean and the garden is so beautiful. Definitely 5stars!

A cosy place in a great location. You can tell that the hosts have put a lot of effort into the decor and want their guests to feel at home. The elevator almost directly to the apartment and the underground garage are huge advantages and the view from the balcony is spectacular. As for the location, it's close to the centre of Villach and the Gerlitzen ski lift. The only inconvenience was the garden. We were with our dog and had hoped to be able to play there and such, but unfortunately other tenants in the building don't bother to pick up after their dogs, so the garden was full of "hundekot". It's not the hosts' fault, of course, and maybe it's better in the summer, but during our stay in January the garden was barely usable. Luckily there are some lovely walks in the area so we were fine. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend Christa's place.

We stayed with Saskia for a weekend and felt very comfortable. Saskia is truly an incredibly accommodating and lovely host. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the amenities it needs. Highlights were the Finnish sauna, infra red sauna and massage chair. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice time. The apartment is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures, very well-equipped and clean. By bike it takes only 2 min to the train station (for shopping in Hermagor) and 5 min to the beach. Perfect for families with children!

The place was as shown in the photos and we enjoyed it very much. In particular, the fireplace and sauna are a highlight. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers everything you need for cooking. We felt very comfortable and would definitely visit the accommodation again!

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

We stayed with Hannelore for 3 nights and immediately felt very comfortable. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the terrace invites you to linger. We would come back.

We had a very relaxed holiday. The sauna is great. Remote location but you can do great hikes and you have your peace.

The house is wonderfully quiet and was exactly what we were hoping for – if not more! Especially the direct lake access with the SUPs was a real highlight. The house itself is spacious, very clean and cozy – you immediately feel at home. Norbert was a great host: helpful, friendly and always responded quickly.
