Monthly Rentals in Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia

We spent 3 nights in this small villa, very spacious, comfortable, multi-equipped and quiet. We found everything we were looking for, and we spent pleasant afternoons and evenings in the garden. The kitchen is comfortable and spacious as well as very well stocked, there is no dishwasher but for a few days it is fine. Comfortable beds, functional bathrooms. The possibility of parking inside the structure is also interesting. Mrs. Patrizia, courteous and very hospitable, promptly responds to any questions and/or requests. Thanks for the late check-out that allowed us to spend a few more hours in the garden

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

It was a fantastic experience. Luca and his wife are wonderful people, attentive, precise and with a unique welcome. It took us two days in this beautiful property to really rejuvenate. Luca is a person of infinite culture, attentive and respectful of nature, full of energy and dedicated to a thousand activities. His wife is very skilled with mosaics. There are some wonderful ones. With her excellent sweet and savory cuisine, she welcomed and pampered us. Our 4-year-old had fabulous experiences with donkeys and chickens. They produce their own oil and really delicious jams. We will definitely be back and highly recommend everything. Thanks again
