We had a pleasant and excellent stay in this beautiful house. We enjoyed the calm and especially the pool, which is invigorating. The house was impeccable and a peaceful atmosphere emanated from it. Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. The house is quiet while being located close to all amenities. Available and responsive host. We will come back, I recommend 150%, the whole family loved this very beautiful house with very pleasant exteriors. The living room with the fireplace to end the day quiet is a real plus

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Highly recommend Mickael’s place. We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had a lovely time. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area of the house and the proximity to many activities + beach.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Very nice and clean family villa. Accurate to listing photos. a peaceful place near the center of Hossegor and Capbreton. The garden is great, well maintained, well wooded. The pool heated to 29° is really a plus, we were able to enjoy it every day even when it was cloudy. Big plus for us the house is fully equipped for small children (we have a 2 and a half year old and a 3 month old baby): umbrella bed, baby bath, high chair, plastic dishes, baby pot, swing and trampoline. Thanks to Phil for his responsiveness during small everyday problems. In short, we loved the stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin in the heart of the woods. Total disconnection guaranteed! The place is quiet, rejuvenating and located close to a beautiful lake. Perfect for relaxing with the family. We went with our child, and it was a very beautiful experience: nature, simplicity and comfort. We recommend it without hesitating!

I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to all our requests. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday, for which we thank him immensely! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is 2 minutes' walk around the dunes with the children. We will surely return and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thank you again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

Very good stay. The accommodation is very good, functional, close to all attractions (beaches, restaurants within 10 minutes' drive). There is a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for a couple with or without children! The owner lives in the adjoining house and is very nice and responsive. We'll be happy to come back:)

We had a great time at this charming place. Ideal location in the cool forest. But be careful anyway for those more sensitive to heat in summer, there is no air conditioning and everything is made of bay windows. Also, a heads up to my arachnophobic friends, this type of accommodation is a little challenge. Otherwise, the accommodation is very charming and comfortable, although the two additional bedrooms are quite cramped for anything other than children.

We had a pleasant stay at Catherine's. The location is ideal, the apartment well-equipped and there is everything you need for a small child. I recommend it!

Thanks to Thomas for allowing us to visit Mimizan and the surrounding area. Thanks to his advice, we were able to discover beautiful places. Great value for the price We were able to bring our 2 dogs which is really an advantage. There is a Supermarket not far away if needed. Downtown is 5 min away and beaches are 10 or 15min max. Secluded, wild, green, perfect for relaxing and resting. Typical house, immersed in nature thanks to its large bay windows. Warm and family atmosphere. Friendly welcome, very accommodating and responsive host. As noted in the description, temperatures in the house can be cool in case of rain or cold. Make sure to bring warm clothes! Great family experience!

Jerome's house is very nice. This is my second time at Jerome's house and I enjoyed a lot. I like the view and the big terrace. For sure a place to come back.
