The apartment and the host Guto are spectacular, he is a friendly person, super polite and without helpful, he is top in every way. The apartment is super comfortable, fully equipped, there is nothing missing, fans, two TVs, washer and dryer, kitchen fully equipped and comfortable, it has everything, dishes, cutlery etc...It is already the second time I go to this apartment and I highly recommend it, for me it was the best stay in the city of Viçosa, MG.

The space is exactly as it appears in the photos. Well-equipped kitchen, everything clean and organized! It was very cold and there were plenty of blankets! Maxsuel is an excellent host, super communicative, concerned with making everything easy for guests. It was a great stay! When we arrived we found a treat (dulce de leche) and a welcome note. We feel welcomed. I recommend the space!

My stay in the apartment was good. The accommodation is in accordance with the photos and the description. The bed and pillows are ok, the kitchen has utensils to prepare simple meals, the location is central (about 20 minutes from UFC) and the building has a 24-hour doorman. I just missed a work table, but in general I found it to be a great value for the money.
