Villa holiday rentals in Vésubie

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Le logement est absolument incroyable avec une vue imprenable (surtout le matin avec le soleil qui se lève au dessus de la mer). L’hôte Arnaud est très réactif et a l’écoute. Je recommande vivement 😌

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Fantastisk hus, med storslått utsikt. Vi ble tatt i mot med deilig mat og drikke som sto klart i huset. Enestående service fra eierne, de åpnet bassenget på vår forspørsel - degt satte vi stor pris på! Vær oppmerksom på smal vei opp til huset, men det går lettere når man har kjørt noen ganger..

We loved our stay at Julien's place! After a long travel day, the minute we walked in the door, we put on our swimsuits and got in the jacuzzi to relax and taking in the views. We ate every meal on the balcony outside and the views were incredible. Julien was very responsive anytime I had a question.

La réalité est beaucoup mieux que les photos ! Certains s'en plaindrons, mais la quarantaine de marches, indispensables à l'accès à la maison, se fait vite oublier grâce au point de vue rare, privilégié et hypnotique sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer, ses eaux claires et les yachts amarrés, sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est redoutablement bien équipée en mobilier, électroménager, ustensiles de cuisines et de salle de bain. Autre chose : 2 places de parking dédiées à la maison, très rares et utile dans la région, qui plus est en haute saison. Le centre ville historique et la plage sont accessibles à pieds en 20mn et prévoir 25 à 30mn pour la remontée. Le bateau est à l'image de la maison, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé Enfin, Jean-Pierre est un hôte remarquable, disponible et attentionné.

Väldigt trevligt par som erbjuder detta boende. Lugnt och fin utsikt. Vår familj på tre trivdes mycket bra här. Fina stränder och värt att ta sig upp till gamla staden. Varmt rekommenderat att komma hit.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Lauryane & Stephen were absolutely phenomenal hosts, always accommodating and prompt. They were always quick to answer any questions we had or problems we ran into throughout our stay. The villa is absolutely stunning and the views are unmatched to anything in Nice. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back.

Cyril’s villa is an absolute gem! We were a family of 7, including 3 children from 9-14. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. A feast for the eyes wherever you look, however it didn’t feel cluttered, more masterfully curated. Wonderful lamps throughout giving beautiful lighting come evening. Beds were comfortable and we have returned to England having placed an order for continental pillows! It was immaculately clean and the housekeeper, Berangere was so kind to welcome us on our arrival and walk us through the villa. The pool was the main reason we booked the villa and it didn’t disappoint! It was the star of the show, our children loved it and we used it every day. Vence town is a 10 minute stroll away with so many charming places of interest. We used Uber for all our journeys and days out, very reasonable and the app is so easy to use. A visit to Saint Paul De Vence is a must! Cyril was a lovely host and was very responsive to any enquiries before our trip. We hope to return soon!

Wir haben zu viert eine grossartige Woche in Louis Unterkunft verbracht. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Joss herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos! Es ist alles sehr sauber, sogar der „Pool-Boy“ kam einmal vorbei. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Louis ist sehr angenehm. Louis nimmt sich Sonderwünschen an und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Die extrem kurze Reaktionszeit von teilweise nur wenigen Minuten habe ich sehr geschätzt! Man fühlt sich super aufgehoben und kann die Ferien einfach nur geniessen:-). Ich würde nichts ändern wollen, es waren fantastische Ferien. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! DANKE!

Skønt sted for børn, voksne og bedsteforældre som kan placeres i seperat lille hus😉 Poolen var opvarmet og skøn at bade i selv i april måned. Skønt at spise frokost under oliventræet og aftensmad ved langbordet med grill og udsigt🙌 Kan klart anbefales.

We had a great time at Bergerie St Andrieux. Each week for 4 weeks one of our children came to stay (along with their families). Each of them said how much they enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect for 2 families as the sleeping areas are completely separate (even 2 sets of stairs) so we weren't disturbed by children! The outside eating area was ideal - we ate all our meals there, including barbecue's and a couple of great wood-fired pizza evenings. The pool was excellent - it was separate from the house and secure so we didn't need to worry about the children and was large enough and deep enough to have a proper swim. The views from the house are stunning. It is difficult to take walks directly from the house but mostly a short drive will take you to the start of a good walk. And, Fatima was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the minor issues we encountered.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. This is an absolutely gorgeous villa - very rustic in external appearance, and modern and stylish inside. Well maintained, and very well thought through, with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. Lots of really good touches such as silent fans over the beds, as well as the air con; mesh insect screens at most windows so you could have the windows open; Romain had provided some kitchen basics for us on arrival, including some local foods and drinks which was much appreciated; lots of seating areas outside to take advantage of the sun or shade at different times of the day; lovely interesting garden; we were a family group of 5 and each bedroom was self-contained with its own bathroom, so worked really well and gave everyone their own space and privacy; absolutely gorgeous, big, pool - don't be put off by the fact that it is saltwater, you barely notice it, not like the sea!! Any downsides? You really do need a car as it's just a bit too far to walk to the village.

Meitä oli 8 hengen seurue, joista 2 oli lapsia. Viihdyimme kaikki todella hyvin. Kaunis paikka ja upeat näkymät. Todella siistiä ja keittiössä oli kattava astiasto. Nautimme lomastamme todella paljon. Talossa ehkä pienenä miinuksena (mikä ei todellakaan vaikuta kokonaisarvosteluun) oli hiukan hassusti sijoitetut vessat. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone, mutta vain yhdessä niistä oli wc. Lisäksi talossa oli kaksi erillistä wc:tä, joten määrä oli kyllä riittävä, mutta sijoittelu tuntui hieman oudolta. Kylpyhuonessa piti myös huolehtia riittävästä tuulettamisesta, ettei ilma mennyt ummehtuneeksi. Tämä lienee enemmän paikallinen rakennustapa, joka poikkeaa pohjoismaisesta tyylistä. Lisäksi jos olet herkkä äänille, niin on hyvä tietää, että viereisen tien melu kuuluu vähän. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Todella hieno paikka ja ystävälliset, mutta omaa rauhaa antavat majoittajat. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa. Loma oli täydellinen.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, ruhig und privat gelegen. Die Lage ist super, ideal zum Entspannen und dennoch zentral. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Der Pool war ein Traum und sehr sauber. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great stay at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our time, once again! Great connections to Nice airport and surrounding villages. Spacious garden and pool and great cooking amenities. Looking forward to coming again!

Très belle villa dans un cadre idyllique dans l'arrière pays Niçois. Un très beau coin de base pour des randonnées à pied ou à vélo ! la piscine est un plus pour se reposer après les journées sous le soleil. Nous étions avec des amis pour un weekend à vélo et avons passé un excellent séjour. Aude est très réactive et disponible. Elle nous a très bien accueilli et nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois ! Merci !
