We were looking for a calm place to stay. This place exceeded out expectations. Calm, clean, beautiful and the hidden terrace is just waw to take a morning coffee. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much making it unforgettable for us.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

We loved our stay at Sebastien's! The apartment is very functional and very well equipped. We keep this address in mind! The village of Saint Jeannet is also very cute, perfect for getting some fresh air after the crowds on the coast. Sebastien warned us that the streets were narrow, and it's no joke (park at the René Veyssi parking lot to avoid any possible hassle) I also invite you to go and eat at the Table des Baous, Sébastien's restaurant where we feasted! (Thanks again for the last-minute meal!)

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

Jul’s place is so thoughtfully designed, it was a delight to stay there! You literally could not get closer to the old town if you tried. The condo is about 2 blocks from the beginning of the Old town district and a 5 min walk out to the water. Jul provided a very detailed guide book with many local recommendations—super helpful when you’re only in town a few days and trying to decide what to do! Him and his brother in law were very responsive and helpful. And the patio was lovely to sit on! Kitchen is super well equipped—we cooked dinner in one night and enjoyed on the patio. Hope we can visit again some time!

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! This is a tiny gem of a place in a jewel of a village, high above and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. A magical experience!

We had a wonderful week The apartment is great Communication with Maryline was perfect. The accommodation is very clean, the bedding was perfect for us. The terrace is really a plus for breakfast and dinner in the evening. The region is superb for hikers like us. Possibility of finding basins for swimming 30 minutes in the Gorges de l'Esteron we highly recommend Maryline. Thank you Christian Sophie and Zoé 🐕

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Very cozy and nice apartment with a beautiful view. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The place was a bit small for three people but offered everything we needed for one night stay. We would recommend this place!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. What a place for a house! Amazing views over the mountains from the windows! The place is spotless and very homely and everything you need is there!

Erika and her husband's house is awesome!Convenient location, very beautiful sea view when you go out, good privacy, and you can park.The room is big and clean and tidy.There is a swimming pool in the yard where you can sunbathe on a deck chair.The host provided a very detailed Antibes guide, and there are beautiful bikes to ride.Very enthusiastic host, I will choose to stay again next time!

Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

The place is modern, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked up with every essentials. The location is near the beach with many cafes and restaurants nearby. A tram station is within the walking distance. Check-in process was straightforward. The host was very kind, accommodating and hospitable. I was allowed early check in.

We had a fantastic stay Alain’s Place. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and the promenade. The bed was comfortable. The accommodations were spacious. We would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
