We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.

First floor apartment (with elevator) less than 500m from the sea and the pine forest of Viareggio; a stone's throw from Lido di Camaiore. Garden and internal condominium parking in one of the best and quiet areas of Viareggio. The apartment, from the 60s, was completely renovated between May and October 2024: large (about 120m2) with three bedrooms, a large bathroom and a service bathroom, it is very bright and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant.

A beautiful, light-filled 40-square metre self-contained apartment just 200 metres from Pietrasanta's stunning main square. Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

It is a house of the late eighteenth century in stone and wood equipped with all comforts including Wi-Fi in the ancient village of Volegno located in the Apuan Park of 80 square meters suitable for 2 to 4 people and consisting of kitchenette and living room with fireplace and a pellet stove that heat the whole house, going up a stone staircase you enter the upper floor where there is a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.
