Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Versilia

We had a wonderful holiday in the house in a group of 12 people. Giulia and her father were very attentive and were always taking care that everything is perfect for us. The area is very nice, as well as the apartments and especially the pool we found stunning! Giulia is super friendly and was very accommodating with several things. We are very grateful for the wonderful time and can only recommend the place!

We felt very comfortable. The location of the accommodation is great, you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Certaldo and a supermarket are 7 minutes away by car (which you also need here!) The room was large enough for 2 people and everything you need was available. A bonus is the pool and the other options such as table tennis, billiards or the gym. We would definitely come back and had a great time!

The place is beautiful and much better than photos! There is so much space in the villa. It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are fab! The idea of shared spaces is very nice. While its up in the mountains, we didnt find it difficult getting out and about everyday. But you have to have your own transport (would not recommend without a car/bike) It was easy to park. Easy to get in and with hosts being there everyday we felt like if we needed something we could always ask. Its a very grand stay and we would definitely be looking to return. Shower room is modern along with modern kitchen, and the bedrooms with living space while having old style features are practical and well thought out. Us and our pets had a lovely time at the villa 💛

Ideal apartment for visiting the 5 lands, close to the train station. It is located in the shopping street, just a little noise in the evening. The accommodation is clean with air conditioning. However, the shower is a little small. We didn't see Lorena but communication was very easy

We had a pleasant stay with a large apartment and a small, cozy outdoor area. Very, very good welcome from Marcello. He gave us the keys himself and not in a key box which is impersonal. Very good communication with Marcello, very available to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Marco's place is one-of-a-kind, a small house equipped with everything above the beach resort, right on the beach, offers the possibility to eat on your private terrace overlooking the sea, the excellent restaurant (excellent fish!!) right next to the resort offers the service of bringing you the restaurant dishes to your home!!! Federico and Giuseppe were exceptional, always ready and smiling like all of Marco's staff, truly unparalleled, the host also proved incredibly flexible for every type of situation really 6 stars! Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities in the nearby area by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can easily recommend the accommodation. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the house's ringing (even in the middle of the night).

I never leave comments for hotels and restaurants, but this experience deserves a few minutes to underline the commitment and availability of Mauro and Davide, exquisite and extremely kind people. They even invited us one night to let us see the game on TV. Trust me with your eyes closed, a top-notch experience and environment. Thanks again for your exceptional hospitality.

it was just like being at home, but at the seaside!! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the road you are on the promenade and on foot you can easily get everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too... dishes, cot, sheets etc... also the communication with Agnese, Davide's co-host, was really always responsive, very friendly and helpful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Monthly stay with wife and young child very successful. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, on the river, the location allows you to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Everywhere about an hour away by car or train. The apartment is clean, well and practically equipped, the Internet allows you to work remotely. The host is very contactable and quick to help when in doubt.

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! We had a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.
