Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Clean and fairly welcoming accommodation. Comfortable bed, quiet room, you can rest well. Host available, check in and check out in total autonomy. There are bars and bakeries nearby where you can have an excellent breakfast. In the house, we found some cookies and coffee for breakfast. Central location, convenient from the station, but beware of the distances... unfortunately, there are 2 km of straight road along a tree-lined avenue to the sea, so rent a vehicle, whether it's a scooter, bike, or car, because it's really challenging on foot.

By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).

The house is set in a wonderful location surrounded by farmland with beautiful views over vineyards. The house is spacious and well-equipped. Over favourite part was sharing our meals at the outside table while enjoying the view over the vineyards. The pool is a good size with lots of space for sun loungers around it and also has shady spots. Within 30 minutes you can visit beautiful medieval towns. The supermarket is a 15 minutes drive. Perfect place for large groups.

We had a very nice time in Camaiore with Marco and Rossana. The vacation home had enough space for 4 adults and 2 small children and everything you need for the stay was available (e.g. grill, which we also used several times). The pool was especially wonderful in the temperatures and the location of the house directly on the mountain simply beautiful! We were also able to reach the house with a station wagon without any problems and park the car safely on the property. Many day trips (Lucca, Pisa, Florence, etc.) can be reached by car in a reasonable time. And the beach in Camaiore is also less than 25 minutes away. I was able to reach Marco at any time if I had any questions. The pool was cleaned regularly and we were asked beforehand if it was a good time for us. We are very satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. Grazie mille!
