Monthly Rentals in Vergiano

Our stay was great. We were greeted warmly and even got a regional pastry at breakfast. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with basics like salt, coffee, water, and pleasant additions like beer, wine. The house is beautiful and sits on a large property with lots of trees. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed the birds singing. The hosts took good care of us during the whole stay. They suggested visiting Verucchio and a local olive oil shop, which we also strongly recommend. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.
