The Cottage @MP is as close to perfection as you can get. Beautiful, cozy home in a private neighborhood. The home itself is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and inviting. There are helpful instructions everywhere that takes the guess work out of finding your way around the home. Carissa was a wonderful responsive host and made our trip a breeze. Could not recommend enough.

This place truly felt like we were in Sedona. A lot of other airbnbs we looked at were renovated to look modern & I feel like that takes you away from the experience. Linda’s airbnb had a rustic charm that felt so cozy & warm to come back to after a long day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed was massive & SO COMFORTABLE. The skylights were wonderful & the hot tub was the cherry on top. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard which made our lives much easier. The airbnb is minutes from trails & tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Linda is so sweet & an excellent communicator!

Lovely home in pristine settings. Walkable to cafe, close to trails, overall absolutely beautiful, peaceful and more than we expected. A must when visiting Sedona! Host was responsive, kind, and flexible !

Had a great stay. Front porch and backyard great for early morning coffee. Had a great stay. As mentioned...the ceiling in back bedroom is a bit low...if you are >6'3" you may need to be extra careful. Otherwise you will be fine. Great location. Would come back.

Rollie's place was just what we needed being in town for my nieces graduation. He was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. We really appreciated everything during our stay!

It was a great, quiet place to get away! Wendy was very helpful and even upgraded us free of charge. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something private and peaceful.

Great relaxing and fun place to stay. Clean and full of things to do… games, books, huge tv and c-box video games, nice places to sit outside and ping pong, grills, etc. But the spa/hot tub wasn’t there! 😢 it was in the description and in the photos, but it didn’t exist. Too bad, I was really looking forward to that! Very helpful host and property manager who responded within minutes to help with the sound bar on the tv. Thanks for a great stay!

Samuel was an outstanding host. Communicative, quick to respond, and genuinely thoughtful. The house was better stocked than any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The kitchen had every cooking tool and utensil imaginable. There were books, board games, pillows, blankets, and even several types of coffee with multiple coffee makers. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect. The home sits at the end of a long private driveway, making the setting ultra-secluded and peaceful. Inside, the massive fireplace made everything feel cozy and warm. It didn’t feel like a rental; it felt like someone’s actual home. The musical instruments throughout the space, from the piano to (I think) a cello, plus trumpets on the wall, gave it a cool and creative vibe. Overall, a really fun and relaxing experience.

Cute place close to the river. Washington Park is a 5 minute drive and really pretty hiking spot. The meadery down the road was fun too. Closest restaurants are a 25-30 minute drive.

If you’re looking for a peaceful recharge—this is your place. Fox Lodge is a gem of a property. This home has a huge private backdrop of pines. We spent most our time on their patio. We spotted countless Steller Blue Jays. We listened to the wind dancing through the trees. It was perfection. The patio furniture was very comfortable and we had enough seating for our family of 6 to play games or lounge. The home was immaculate. Cleanliness is our top priority when staying away from home and this place had us all feeling right at home. Our kids had a blast in the loft. Tons of video and board games. Cristy was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had a great time and hope to be back. Thank you Cristy & Keath!

We had a fantastic stay at Brian’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close enough to the busy spots in town for shopping and groceries yet very quiet and relaxing. I especially loved the view from the balcony 😍. All the trails we decided to hike were close by too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area. Great location, just a short drive to downtown Phoenix at a great price. We love pet friendly airbnb's that are detached units for full privacy and to prevent our dogs from bothering neighbors. This place was perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. Super clean, safe, and comfortable.

Evelyn’s place is cute and spacious, with a lot of personality. The kitchen was well equipped, with a gas range, good cookware, and a nice selection of tools and tableware. I was particularly happy with the well-seasoned cast iron pan. It was a nice touch to get a half dozen farm eggs; I enjoyed making them into omelettes in the regular (I don’t like non-stick) frying pan.

Lindy’s place was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice fenced area for my small dog. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice. I will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at this private, beautiful cabin! Our small family loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings. Lauren was exceptionally welcoming and willing to go out of her way to accommodate us, even sending extra pictures and offering extra ammenities to make us comfortable. Our son loved the visit with the pigs! Hopefully be back soon!

Jody was a lovely host and provided the perfect space for us! She made us absolutely delicious muffins and beautiful quilted tissue covers. We ended up checking in later than anticipated and she was very helpful and gracious. We’re only sorry we didn’t get much time to chat and relax on her beautiful patio! Thanks Jody!

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. I loved everything about it. Very clean and it had everything I needed. After eating out for a couple of days, it was good to eat home cooked meal. Thank you, Marilyn.

This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a short stay to enjoy cooler weather and reconnect with nature. We loved the beautiful home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches from the host. Whether you’re reading a book or watching a movie on the front porch, it’s the ultimate way to unwind. There’s also an easy trail through the woods where you can breathe in the scent of pine and listen to the birds sing. We will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Denise’s home was so quiet and comfy. It’s a charming little bungalow yet beautifully remodeled with all the modern amenities. I loved sitting on the back porch in the morning with my coffee, watching the birds and checking out the Mountain View. The location is great central to lots of sights: Jerome and old town Cottonwood are just a few minutes away and Sedona is an easy drive too. Bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. I’d love to stay again when I’m in the area.

Wonderful place. Perfect size for 2. Very up to date and nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The hosts were great. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Quite the cozy stay within walking distance to town square & plenty of food. Cute lodging with plenty of amenities, definitely a thoughtful host with supplies- soaps, a few detergent pods (laundry in unit), trash bags to replace the ones in the can, etc. Great space for visiting with loved ones or friends while in town, very spacious place for just 2 bd/ 1 ba. We were comfortable (great AC unit!) both awake and sleeping, the beds and couches were extra comfy. Located in a cute neighborhood and a quick walk from the town square, and easy access to the main road, Gurley St.

This is my new preferred location to stay in town. Love the patio in the back. Great place to rest and relax.

The Cottage on Willow is our little haven away from home. We have stayed there so many times over the last 7 years. My daughters and granddaughters love it, and the accommodations and amenities are outstanding. There are many little touches that make the spaces so comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect. Located in the pines, in a historical area of similar bungalows and cottages, it is a short 10 minute walk downtown to all of the restaurants, shops, outdoor spaces and events. We highly recommend The Cottage on Willow.

LOVED this charming and cozy little space, and the ability to stargaze in Ivonne’s back yard! We had everything we needed to feel comfortable, and she gave us lots of tips on where to go in the area. Comfy bed, adjustable A/C temp, bathroom and kitchenette amenities, a super nice neighborhood, and a friendly host — what more could you ask for?!
