Cottage holiday rentals in Ventnor City

Was a nice quiet house perfect for a quick weekend getaway out of the city with an amazing view of a nice lake in the back. Had a great time.

Jeannine was extremely helpful and flexible with checkout. The yard was gorgeous and our 2 dogs loved being out there almost the entire day. They had everything you needed from towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice touches with toothbrushes and little things you forget sometimes! Location is right down the road from a gorgeous beach with beautiful sunsets. Next time I am looking for a getaway in Cape May, I will be staying here!!

This was our second stay at the Octopus cottage, a pristine cottage that is steps from the beach that was immaculate and well stocked. We loved the hot tub and the fenced in yard for our two small pups. A must stay in Villas where you are steps from the beach to watch the beautiful sunset. Donna as a host is 5 Star. We will be back!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach you need to stay here... The house itself is clean and comfortable with more than enough space for a group or family. The location was 10/10... you get a large grass and patio area in the front of the house and in the back you have a lovely quiet beach, a patio and a rooftop patio and a hot tub with lots of clean and comfortable outdoor furniture (tables, couches, cushions, pillows, and two lounge chairs on the rooftop patio). No issues with parking you park right outside the house. The location was perfect you can walk to local restaurants, convenient stores and a wawa close by. And only about a 20 minute drive to Washington street mall in cape may (awesome place to visit and walk around go shopping and eat). My favorite part of the trip was being able to watch some BEAUTIFUL sunsets every night from the backyard... Truly an amazing property and perfect quiet location. I have zero complaints. Thank you to the owners for sharing!

We stayed for a weekend at NJ shore escape and although the weather was not as warm as we had wanted, our stay was wonderful. The home is very comfortable, clean, and homey. We were able to use the hot tub on our first night, and it was very relaxing with the waterfront view. Salvatore was easy to reach and provided good info on what restaurants and shops were in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near the Jersey shore, minutes from LBI and Atlantic City by car. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

We stayed for a weekend trip to New Jersey Motorsports Park and really enjoyed the house. We loved hanging out on the deck using the pool table, dart board, and hot tub. Overall it was a good spot we definitely will consider staying again.

The home is well maintained, clean and has a great location. The inlet to the bay is right off the backyard. We brought 3 kayaks with us and had no problem launching them into the water. The appliances were all in excellent shape and we did not have any trouble during our stay. Matt answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was a pleasure to communicate with before our stay. I would highly recommend Matt and his home to anyone wishing to spend time at the Jersey shore. Mike B. .

Wonderful retreat with beautiful views, perfect for couples/families who enjoy outdoor spaces and close to historic Batsto and Allaire. Cabin was as pictures and description said.

This was THE BEST space for a girls weekend. The decor, the outside space and the overall energy of the cottage was exactly fit for our group of 3 friends and two young girls! There were hidden extras that we didn’t even find until our last day. We all kept saying how much we LOVED the space throughout our time there. We envied the decorators eye skill for bringing it all together. Laying outside on the hammock, underneath the maple tree with the sounds of the seagulls and the bumblebees buzzing in the blooms?! Talk about zen. The outdoor space is perfect! The Cottage is stocked to the brim and had everything you might need and more. Camilla was so proactive and helpful throughout the process. It served as the perfect home base for our adventures to Cape May and Wildwood!

Steve's cottage and property is a gem for sure. It is a beautiful, peaceful location on the water. We fished and crabbed right from his beautiful boathouse and dock. The evenings were absolutely beautiful watching the sunset from the boathouse dock. Steve met us and showed us around when we first arrived. We really loved our stay here and can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic holiday weekend at Moondoggies! The location can’t be beat and the sunsets from the rooftop porch were incredible. The house was exactly as described and spotless. We felt right at home. Sally was super helpful when we had questions during our stay. Looking forward to a return stay sometime!

The place is a phenomenal location. Tons of outdoor space and a beach house with true character. Terence was extremely responsive and allowed us to be flexible with check in and check out!

Love the place, very quite and safe ! I fell like home! Very clean and Scott was really really professional and helpful! He was flexible and let us in before the time of check in, and he was checking on us if we needed anything! I highly recommended this place for everyone and the price is worth it 🥰🥰🥰

We had a great time at Rizza’s place! The location was convenient with the beach/boardwalk less than 10 minutes away, and shops just down the street. The house was clean, and well stocked with the essentials, and had a beautiful backyard to enjoy. Rizza was very quick to respond with any questions we had, and checked in on us as well. We would love to return again in the future.

Perfect location, peaceful, great hosts allowing a late checkout (flights delayed), would recommend for couples and/or families

We have never been to Brigantine before. We were looking for a dog-friendly house and are so glad we stumbled upon this home. Everything was great about our trip. The location was outstanding, the neighborhood with manicured lawns was great for our walks, and the house had everything we needed. Andrew was a great host and responded almost immediately with every question we had before our trip. Once there we didn't need him for anything as the house and amenities were terrific. We walked to everything except the Acme. But restaurants, ice cream, bagels, coffee, you name it were all within walking distance. We are already thinking about next year. A+ rating.

Wonderful stay! The house is very well laid out and well equipped. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family vacation or just a quick trip down to the shore. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Really nice find in ocean city. The place was exactly as described and clean. Quick walk to beach/boardwalk. Beach tags, outdoor shower, and hose are nice additions to the place. Zachary was a great host and very fast with responses - he replied back in <20 min every time I had questions. Highly recommend!
