Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful - stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed with plenty of great spots to eat, shop, and explore nearby. Our hosts were lovely and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

5/5 - Wonderful Stay We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place. The place is exactly as described. The location is perfect for someone who is into the peaceful sea. Phil is incredibly kind and responsive, always proactive to provide instructions and available to answer questions. We really appreciate the assistance Phil provided throughout the stay. If we thinking going to Cowes again, we will absolutely pick Phil’s place again and we do recommend this beautiful place to anyone who planning to visit Phillip Island. This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Amazing views from the house and the verandah overlooking the water towards Phillip Island. Secluded setting down the end of a one way road and long drive way, no neighbours that you can see from the house. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed for our 2 night stay for our group of 8. Excellent communication from Sharon. Would definitely stay here again.
