Holiday rentals with a patio in Venice

Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil! Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux dans l‘appartement. Tout y était pratique : le lit parapluie pour notre bébé, le grand dressing, le hall d‘entrée pour laisser la poussette, le fait que l‘appart soit au rez-de-chaussée… La cour intérieure attenante à l‘appartement est charmante pour faire une petite pause lecture, ou prendre un apéro. Lettugo la tortue qui y habite ajoute une touche magique :-) Le quartier aussi est super: tranquille, familial, on a adoré la belle Piazza a proximité, un vrai havre de paix dans Venise.

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing apartment! From the neighborhood, fine interior decorations, comfortable bedding and a VERY hospitable host, we couldn’t find any flaws in this flat. Highly recommend! Magalie has been a quintessential host among all the Airbnb properties we have stayed at. Our host provided recommendations on sights, restaurants, water taxi service, and more. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary this experience was in Venice because of Magalie. Highly recommend!! We plan to return to Venice and hope to stay at this incredible apartment again.

Nagyon sokat segítettek az ottlétünk alatt. Pizzát rendeltek mire odaértünk (22 óra), taxit rendeltek hazainduláskor, gyorsan válaszoltak akármilyen problémánk, kérdésünk akadt. Köszönjük szépen 🙂

Pokój ładny i zadbany dobra lokalizacja.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie fantastyczny! Mieszkanie jest pięknie urządzone, bardzo czyste i w pełni wyposażone – niczego nam nie brakowało. Lokalizacja okazała się świetna – w pobliżu sklep, restauracje i przystanki. Sam apartament ma przytulną atmosferę, dzięki czemu od razu czuliśmy się jak w domu. Właściciele byli bardzo mili i pomocni. To miejsce zdecydowanie przerosło nasze oczekiwania!

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour dans un logement irréprochable. Situé à 2 pas du vaporetto Madonna del Orto. Un immense merci à Barbara pour son accueil chaleureux et l’aide qu’elle nous a apporté tout le long du séjour. Nous reviendrons pour un autre événement (Pâques) PS : un merci tout particulier de la part de Maël pour BARBARA! Alexis Maud et les enfants

First class location and great host.. highly recommended

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Pamela is an exceptional host. Despite mix ups with our train she was kind enough to meet us at the station to walk us to the apartment. She graciously told us all about Venice things to do/see/eat and provided us the best advice "just get lost". Her apartment is one of the best we have had - clean, warm, well presented with everything we needed in a central location. We definitely recommend Pamela's place - and will be back! PJ and Zo

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

Un logement exactement comme sur la description, très propre, des gens, très gentil et réactif, très facile d’accès pour aller à Venise le bus est à 3 min à pied du logement et une fois dans le bus il y’a 10 min de trajet pour se rendre à Venise. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour. Merci encore à vous 🥰

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautiful, large and quiet. There are so many windows in the apartment and we can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset inside it! Amazing. The location of the apartment is excellent as well. We took the Alilaguna boat from the airport to Guglie, and just 5 mins walk to get to the apartment. And when we left, just took 10 mins walk to Venice St Lucia Station. Everything is so convenient. Definitely a great choice to live inside the Venice island!

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques dans la jolie et chaleureuse maison de Caterina et Massimo. Située dans un quartier paisible et vivant, c’est idéal pour se relaxer après la découverte de Venise. Nos hôtes ont été vraiment charmants, accueillants et réactifs en proposant même de réserver le taxi pour nous. La décoration et tous les détails de la maison ont été pensés et réalisés avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Les voisins sont charmants , oui il y a des gens qui vivent dans ce quartier ce qui rend l’atmosphère encore plus unique ! C’est simple nous nous sommes sentis « comme a la maison » et n’avions pas du tout envie de partir ! Merci infiniment a Massimo et Cate pour ce merveilleux endroit.

Very nice place with lots of room. A little outside the bustle of central Venice but still easily accessible with busses and trains.

Cristiana is an amazing host with a wonderful apartment that done exactly what we needed.

We stayed at the apartment for one night and had a great experience. The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very helpful and responsive, making check-in smooth and answering any questions quickly. Perfect spot for a short stay with friends - would definitely recommend!

Apollo always replied messages quickly and was happy to help. The location is perfect which is near the train station but is quiet! Great 👍🏻

I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, everything was super clean and clearly well taken care of. One of the best parts was the private parking, which made things so convenient. The host was kind and exceptionally thoughtful, anticipating everything a guest might need. From small touches to practical amenities, it was clear a lot of care went into making the stay comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Le logement de Jenny est une très bonne surprise pour nous ! Nous y avons passé une seule nuit avant de prendre l'avion tôt le matin mais nous y serions bien resté un peu plus ! C'est un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée : deux dosettes de café et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner nous attendait ! Au vu du peu de temps que nous avions, cela nous a vraiment fait plaisir ! Par ailleurs, je recommande cet appartement pour le gens comme nous qui prenait l'avion a l'aéroport car nous avons pu faire le trajet a pied en 20 min sans nous presser ! Parfait !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Venedig. Liebe Orietta, hab vielen herzlichen Dank für die Unterkunft bei dir - es war durch und durch großartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Die Kinder haben den Balkon zum Boote anschauen geliebt und die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Wir möchten wieder kommen! Alles liebe, hanna
