Holiday rentals with a patio in Venice

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Fantastic, spacious apartment within walking distance from the train station and not more than 15-20 minutes from the city center. Very nice, helpful hosts.

the apartment is very well located. The neighborhood is quiet while being a 10-15 minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The 1st Vaporetto station is 5 minutes away, which is very convenient! The terrace is really a plus with the view of one of the canals which is very pleasant at any time of the day. Communication with Johannes was excellent with quick responses

Natascia's accomodation is perfect, if you want to visit Venice, or just want to stay Punto Sabbioni or both:) Everything was very clean and comfortable in the flat with really nice design.

The four of us arrived at the residence after 10pm, and despite the late hour, the host Gaia still warmly welcomed us and introduced the house. The house has a small yard and is very quiet.Access is also good.The interior of the house is clean and fully furnished, and we had a pleasant time there. Thank you Gaia and her boyfriend for hosting us!

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

Pamela is an exceptional host. Despite mix ups with our train she was kind enough to meet us at the station to walk us to the apartment. She graciously told us all about Venice things to do/see/eat and provided us the best advice "just get lost". Her apartment is one of the best we have had - clean, warm, well presented with everything we needed in a central location. We definitely recommend Pamela's place - and will be back! PJ and Zo

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually at the door, and the airport is also very quick to reach. The accommodation is quiet, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have questions or a concern. We highly recommend the place.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautiful, large and quiet. There are so many windows in the apartment and we can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset inside it! Amazing. The location of the apartment is excellent as well. We took the Alilaguna boat from the airport to Guglie, and just 5 mins walk to get to the apartment. And when we left, just took 10 mins walk to Venice St Lucia Station. Everything is so convenient. Definitely a great choice to live inside the Venice island!

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

We had a fantastic vacation in Caterina and Massimo's beautiful and warm house. Located in a peaceful and lively neighborhood, it is ideal for relaxing after discovering Venice. Our hosts were really charming, welcoming and responsive, even offering to book the taxi for us. The decoration and all the details of the house have been thought out and made with care and a lot of taste. The neighbors are charming, yes there are people who live in this neighborhood which makes the atmosphere even more unique! It's simple, we felt "at home" and didn't want to leave at all! Thank you so much to Massimo and Cate for this wonderful place.

Great stay! Super cozy apartment in perfect location.

The apartment was clean and amazing. The host was very friendly and responsive, and communication went smoothly. The parking recommended by the host is just a 3–5 minute walk away and costs only 1 Euro per day. The bus station is a 1-minute walk, and the tram station is about 8 minutes away - both very convenient for getting to Venice. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Host Apollo is really friendly and helpful. We were offered to drop off our luggage before the check-in time. Apollo is really responsive as well. The location is great with less than 10min walk from the train station. Apartment was also really clean and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Jenny's place is a great surprise to us! We only spent one night there before flying early in the morning but we would have stayed a little more! It's a spacious apartment with all the comforts you need! Be careful that we particularly appreciated it: two coffee pods and breakfast was waiting for us! Given the little time we had, we really enjoyed it! In addition, I recommend this apartment for people like us who were flying to the airport because we were able to walk in 20 minutes without hurrying! Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay in Orietta's home in Venice. We were able to take a water taxis from the airport and get within a couple short blocks of the home. The location is a relatively short walk to St Peter's Square and had plenty of restaurants nearby. My wife really like the way the home was decorated and we used the library of books Orietta has on Venice while we were relaxing.

We have stayed at places where the description isn’t accurate, but for this place the description was accurate. The penthouse area is totally dedicated to this unit and it is unbelievably amazing! Sat up there with some wine watching Venice each night. The host met us there and was great to deal with. This is quieter than the main island, yet easy to get back and forth. Highly recommend getting this place if you are visiting Venice.
