Holiday rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Venice

the apartment is very well located. The neighborhood is quiet while being a 10-15 minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The 1st Vaporetto station is 5 minutes away, which is very convenient! The terrace is really a plus with the view of one of the canals which is very pleasant at any time of the day. Communication with Johannes was excellent with quick responses

The apartment is as big as it looks in the photos. I have rented several apts in France and Italy. This apt is very large for France and Italy. A the price, it is large for anywhere. Luca cleans it spotless before turning it over. Once you learn the route, it is easy to get to Via Garibaldi and the Grand Canal. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores along the way. This would definitely be on the list again, if available.

Nicolo's apartment is perfect. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. The decor is understated, quite suitable for an Airbnb. Very good location, both for access to the beaches and to visit Venice. Nicolo is responsive, everything went very well, thank you.

Everything was great! The house is very quiet, convenient and safe. Especially it was very spacious and comfortable with 6 of my family. The host is very lovely and supportive with a great comfort. If I come back I will stay here. I am also looking forward to have a day to welcome you in our beautiful country of Vietnam!!

Nice and well-maintained room, good location.

Fabio was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make sure we arrived to the apartment safely by meeting us at the waterbus stop close by upon our arrival into the city. He showed us all around the apartment and made sure we knew all the information needed before he left. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and we loved the layout, the cleanliness, the confortable beds and the kitchen....my kids loved the cookies left on the table. The location was wonderful for walking anywhere around the city and super easy to get there by waterbus from the train station as well as to get to Marco Polo airport by just taking a single waterbus line. I would recommend Fabio as host and his apartment to anyone I know visiting the city of Venice!!! Hope we get to go back some day!

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautiful, large and quiet. There are so many windows in the apartment and we can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset inside it! Amazing. The location of the apartment is excellent as well. We took the Alilaguna boat from the airport to Guglie, and just 5 mins walk to get to the apartment. And when we left, just took 10 mins walk to Venice St Lucia Station. Everything is so convenient. Definitely a great choice to live inside the Venice island!

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning - that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages for us - we would come back at any time!

Wonderful, quiet place close to Venice and other attractions in Veneto. Large and comfortable house. Paola and her husband are extremely hospitable hosts. All this made our stay unforgettable. Thank you!

The accommodation is really very nice and newly built, it has many amenities and is located in a really quiet area. In addition, the location is excellent because it allows you to reach the center of Lignano Pineta in about 10 minutes on foot and the beach in 15 minutes. Antonio was really helpful, kind and very helpful, in a short time he solved a couple of unforeseen events that had occurred. I definitely recommend this place.

Overall, the stay was great. My grandson and I participated in the offered glassblowing lessons, and we enjoyed the experience.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jenny's place is a great surprise to us! We only spent one night there before flying early in the morning but we would have stayed a little more! It's a spacious apartment with all the comforts you need! Be careful that we particularly appreciated it: two coffee pods and breakfast was waiting for us! Given the little time we had, we really enjoyed it! In addition, I recommend this apartment for people like us who were flying to the airport because we were able to walk in 20 minutes without hurrying! Perfect!

Super nice host and was very easy and so close to everything. It was beyond our expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay in Orietta's home in Venice. We were able to take a water taxis from the airport and get within a couple short blocks of the home. The location is a relatively short walk to St Peter's Square and had plenty of restaurants nearby. My wife really like the way the home was decorated and we used the library of books Orietta has on Venice while we were relaxing.

We spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed it very much. The location is unbeatable...directly on the beach, super central and countless shops, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is tastefully furnished and everything you need is available. This made us feel right at home. Alessandro was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests. We would book with him again anytime.
