The apartment is simply beautiful – modern, stylishly furnished and equipped with great extras that make the stay particularly pleasant. Andrey, the host, was super friendly, always responded quickly and even gave us helpful tips. Although we arrived later than planned, the check-in worked out without any problems. Everything went smooth and very warm. Surroundings full of restaurants and many beaches, even a 24/7 shop. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

Great communication from Christine/Claude throughout, the property is very well equipped (it has everything !) for large families and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool & hot tub & outdoor area in general is fantastic for relaxing or playing (ping pong, darts, table football..) before or after the beach. Indoors the air con is a great relief on hot days, TV and sofa area good for relaxing and verry well equipped kitchen. Separate drinks fridge available outside for beers so plenty of space for food. Huge BBQ is great! Property is in a very quiet peaceful location, supermarkets & majority of bars & restaurants are a 20 minute walk, a car would be helpful but taxis are available if you don't like walking. The bar on the beach is great for drinks, Cafe Makai for brunch & Cassa Manalo for dinner/takeaway are all a 5/10 min walk. We all loved our stay and look forward to returning one day! Thanks 🙏🏼

100% recommended, everything was impeccable and the place was very quiet, great to disconnect and spend a few relaxed days, the two pools were perfect 👌

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

lovely apartment on the beach front with good facilities

Lovely stay here with our dogs. Nice enclosed garden and only a 5 min drive to La mata beach and some nice walks for the dogs. Close enough to central Torrevieja for all the restaurants etc but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

Elise’s place was beautiful, so well decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful, it’s really private. The apartment is very spacious and very very clean, the air conditioning worked really well. Everything worked perfect, we are delighted with our stay there and hope to return next year. Our stay was excellent, we felt at home, you have all the amenities. We have enjoyed it very much, it is a very nice house😍. Joaquin responds to your messages very quickly and has been very kind.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

I had a lovely stay at Pedros apartment and he was very helpful and responsive. The place has everything you need with a comfy sofa and bed. Clean, modern and centrally located.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

The hostess was very kind, despite the hours she was written, and that is appreciated. The apartment is clean, all complete and equipped. The sofa bed quite well, if it is true that we believe that for one person it is fine or if not for two small children. Good location, the apartment is steps from the beach with several restaurants, pharmacy and some supermarket. The stay is appreciated!

Every morning, open your door and watch the sunrise over the sea, have your meals in front of the sea, go to the beach by taking a few steps, this house is happiness!! In addition, Sonia speaks French and the couple is very welcoming and responsive if needed. Hope to come back soon.
