Nishit and caretaker were good. Place entry is from backside and there was carpentry work going on, but it wasn’t a problem. Overall, from inside, the place was excellent, clean, and beautiful. The only thing was electricity got cut off for 1 hour and fans weren’t working, so we all woke up sweaty. The caretaker, Ajay, said fans will work only when electricity comes. At night, we told Nishit and he said caretaker didn’t know as he was new and fans were working, maybe some main switch needed to be turned on. This thing was the responsibility of Nishit. Also, he offered to refund some amount because of this discomfort but never received anything.

It was really a great experience, hassle free stay of 5 days, the owner provide with groceries also, lentils, flour, oil, spices, milk, everything needed for living was available.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb with my parents. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer helpful local tips. What really stood out was the attention to detail—the cozy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and welcoming atmosphere made it ideal for a family trip. My parents especially appreciated how calm and comfortable everything was. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, well-kept, and hassle-free stay. Would definitely love to return in the future!

Family friendly property with a very friendly and helpful host (Jitender ji). Property is close to Assi ghat and very close to BHU which means there are plenty of food options walkable from property. We had few issues with Linens and Kitchen but Jitender ji had fixed everything in no time. Air conditioning was great in both bedrooms. Property was on 2nd floor so families with elders should be mindful. Overall our stay was pleasant!
