Monthly Rentals in Van Zandt

Our stay at Three Rivers Farm was peaceful and deeply nourishing. The river, the trees, the gardens — everything felt alive and welcoming, like a place we’d somehow always known. We loved the fire by the water, the fresh-baked goods, and the sweet pup who made us feel at home. I was able to attend a meaningful workshop while my partner worked comfortably from the property. There’s something truly special about this land and the people who care for it. We’re leaving with full hearts and so much gratitude.

A wonderful, fanciful beach cottage, but in the wods, miles from a beach. If you want a quiet place to stay and maybe write or think or look at tree and flowers, thias is it. It's 1/2 mile from the hiighway, and about 10 minutes of open road to all sorts of mall shopping. I could easily picture a week here, not running off to tourist activity, but to hang out and enjoy quiet time.

A quiet, private, and restful stay, especially for the price. I loved sitting by the large windows and listening to the birds.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Caravan Cabin. I will return. IMO it's better than glamping. Very quiet at night, in a peaceful little river valley, greenery, plenty of parking, books and mags, DVD's, Bluetooth sound system, electronic charger adapter, games, good size fridge, kettle, coffee maker, small oven, some shelf stable food items, outdoor ambient lighting, grill, fire pit... WOW the list goes on. Only one cautionary advice, and this is not meant to be negative - the beds do have a size limit to consider - I am 6'1" and fit comfortably, but I think a person 6'5" or greater might not be able to stretch out while sleeping. Certainly good value for the dollar.
