Evelyne and Guy were excellent hosts. They provided us with information on arrival and during our stay. The apartment was spotless, well furnished and comfortable. They were kind enough to pick us up at the station and drop us there on return. The views from the balcony are great- there’s always something interesting happening in the harbour area, boats, ships and jousting practice!

Véronique gave us an excellent welcome, always available and full of good advice. Delicate attentions awaited us upon arrival, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment, impeccably clean, is located in a quiet and secure residence. The bedding is particularly comfortable. We would highly recommend this property! We'll be happy to go back!

We spent 14 days in this beautiful apartment. It really corresponded exactly to the description on the Internet. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. Air conditioning and the awning over the balcony made the stay very pleasant. In general, the apartment offers all the comfort we had hoped for. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the promenade and the harbor. The car could be parked in a separate garage in an underground car park, so that the car was safe and we could always get into a cool vehicle. The area is very suitable for activities by bike or car. We visited the cities and the markets in Séte, Narbonne, Beziers, etc. That was always very nice. The surrounding beaches are easily accessible by car or partly by bicycle. They are clean and the water is very clear. The contact with Isabelle was always very positive. I'm sure we'll be back!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is ideally located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is parked, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or more. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared a lot of good addresses with us, especially for eating well and enjoying the stay to the fullest. An experience that we will repeat without hesitation. I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Thomasina's apartment. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. The gardens and pool are delightful. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean and Thomasina was very welcoming and helpful with ther explanations and information. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

We had a great time, ideal apartment for 2 couples, very nice services, duplex with beautiful volumes, very bright. Beautiful terrace. If we return to gruissan, we will not hesitate to return to your apartment.

We felt very welcome and comfortable in Régine's apartment. The reception by Régine was very warm, with a small tour and explanations of the apartment's amenities. The apartment is fully equipped, it really has everything you need. There are even beach chairs, umbrellas and games for the beach that you can take with you. The location and view from the apartment towards the beach is fantastic, the beach is very beautiful and was very little visited during our stay. We can recommend the sunset in the dunes, you sit there with a glass of wine somewhat sheltered and very quiet. Régine provided us very well with suggestions for local restaurants as well as events. We had a very nice time in Régine's apartment and will be happy to come back.

Very nice little apartment on the 3rd floor, beautiful sea view, an independent bedroom +beds on the mezzanine, well equipped and clean. Proactive hosts provide all check-in and check-out instructions. great!

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Francine is super caring, attentive and the apartment is really nice, modern, 100 M from the beach and with free parking... Go for it, yes, no hesitation, yes ❤️

Very nice apartment, clean, on the top floor of a small building. Laure gives all the necessary guidelines to make our stay easier.

We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.

Very good stay, the sea view is beautiful. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The explanations are very clear, which makes it very easy to find the apartment. Nathalie and Bruno are responsive and caring. We would not hesitate to return if we pass around the area.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Very functional and clean apartment. Close to the sea, shops and restaurants. With an assigned parking space which is a real plus. Thomas is responsive and Peggy hosted us very warmly. We'll be happy to go back!

We are very happy with our stay in Gruissan. The center is very nice, the walk to the beach of the Chalets and along the sea is very invigorating. The harbor and its restaurants are very attractive.
