Beachfront holiday rentals in Valras-Plage

I was there with my daughters. We had the beach and the restaurants within walking distance. Despite the high season, the place was very quiet. The stairs to the 3rd floor were no problem for us. Access to the upper floor is a bit of a challenge due to the narrow stairs for people who are not good on their feet.

We had a very nice stay with family of 4. The apartment is ideally located close to the beaches and local shops. It is very well equipped and the terrace is very pleasant. The communication and reception offered by Valras Loc are excellent. We recommend ++

The accommodation is faithful to the photos, clean, practical, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made on arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras Loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought

It was great stay in beautiful apartment with the spectacular view! Well equipped, new and well maintained place with everything you need during your stay. Very comfortable and spacious balcony. Parking space in the garage and shops just on the opposite site. On top great contact with Alexandre. He was very helpful and answering very quick. For sure we will be back!:)

2nd stay in this small apartment facing the sea! always spotless and the view is always beautiful! Philippe and Corinne's instructions are very clear for self check-in. Kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable. Its strong point is its location: beachfront , restaurants and any nearby trade.

Amazing house! It located right at the beach and it had all amenities needed. Lots of space. Will definitely come back!

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Sasu's place is very clean, beautiful, and practical with high quality fittings, appliances, and comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The space is very well-organised and spacious without any clutter. The highlight for me was a beautiful work desk and the proximity to the beach - just 50 meters. I was able to swim twice a day in the sea, in the morning and evening, and work middle of the day from the apartment with a view of the sea. Fast WIFI was helpful. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby within 2 mins walk to 30 mins. Just below the flat is a pizzeria, carrefour supermarket within 2 mins walk, an epicerie below. Buses nearby to go to Béziers or Sérignan. One can go to the port for even more choice of restaurants and also, take the ferry for EUR1.20 a person to go to La plage naturelle des Orpellières which is a beautiful wild beach perfect for swimming and enjoying nature. It truly felt like home, I enjoyed every minute in this apartment.

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment, very clean, well decorated and very bright! A superb view of the sea and direct access to the beach which is at the bottom of the building. The shops and restaurants nearby were also very nice. We will not hesitate to book again with Fabien who is a very welcoming, responsive and very friendly host! I therefore highly recommend this accommodation if you need to stay in Valras!

Pleasant accommodation, well decorated, and very well located! Close to the beach and restaurants, snacks etc. we did not use the car on the weekend. I would recommend it!

This apartment was perfect - less than a minute away from the beach and a supermarket, as well as being walkable to the main restaurant area of Valras plage and near a bus stop. The two balconies meant we could sit in the sun most of the day and the apartment was well stocked. Sylvia was also a very accommodating host, responding quickly , anticipating needs and offering flexibility. Thank you!

A quiet and relaxing stay in a well-equipped, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully renovated townhouse. In a superb location, literally opposite the beach; a hit with our four-year-old granddaughter with its wooden pirate ship and slide. Cleaning of the streets and beach was a high priority. Approx 200m to ice cream parlours, bars, a few restaurants, a Casino shop and a pâtisserie. Carrefour Hypermarché Sérignan had everything we needed. Street parking was free in May and busy by the beach at weekends but we found spaces nearby. Many thanks to François and family. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Espadon and hope to make a return visit soon!

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The protected parking lot and the proximity to the beach, which could be easily reached on foot, were particularly great. The location is relaxed and quiet, ideal for switching off. The large balcony was perfect for relaxing breakfast. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the kitchen was excellently equipped – everything you need was available. We would also like to highlight the warm support from Emilie, who was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Small, spotless studio, very well-equipped, in the city center a few steps from the beach. Isabelle is welcoming, available and attentive. I highly recommend.
