A wonderful place to stay, very private with a great pool area & walking distance to a lovely town with everything you could need. The perfect place to explore the region but also a perfect place to hang back and relax. Sophie was a great host with good communication. But let’s not forget the most gorgeous dogs, they’ll give you the most wonderful welcome too.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places around. We recommend it +++. We would not hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thanks!

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. I had a lovely stay at this place. The flat was clean, well-equipped and as described. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and the neighborhood is quiet, which is perfect for relaxing. The property was exactly what we wanted for our 4 week getaway. It was a home from home, comfortable, had all the amenities that we needed for such a long stay. The place was very clean and we were offered a complementary house and pool clean while there too which was arranged for a time convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and the showers warm and powerful. Our host was very responsive with answers to any questions that we had. They increased the temperature of the pool so that it was comfortable for our baby to swim in it and when the weather temperature dropped they were responsive in switching the property from air conditioning to heating. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Olivers place.

We had a very pleasant short stay at Nadine's. The small house was well-equipped and well-located in a quiet cul-de-sac and especially a 5-minute walk from the beaches and the city center. The 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are very practical (we were 5 people) Thanks Nadine 😊

Here it was easy to enjoy. We were personally welcomed by Gaëtan and received recommendations marked on the map. The family's cats visited us on the terrace and one of them was especially affectionate. The house has a quiet and secluded location. Unfortunately, we could not sit outside in the evening because of mosquitoes, but we enjoyed yoga outside in the sun in the morning instead.

Lovely peaceful retreat, pool was great. Marseillon is a lovely place and only a few minutes walk away. Reliable buses to Marseillon Plage, Sete and Bezier, great for day trips.

Beautiful home and well appointed kitchen. Great parking for 1 medium car. AC works well and was needed in mid June. Nice space for a big family. Already thinking about next time!

Excellent stay in Valras. The accommodation matched the listing perfectly: recent, clean and very well located, close to the city center and the beach. The price was quite reasonable for the season. The agency was professional, available and responsive. I would definitely stay again again:)

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.

We spent a week at Muriel's place and it was wonderful! Its ocean views are incredible and the environment is super quiet. Muriel's house is super-equipped for whatever you might need (we like to cook and we had everything!!) We found everything perfectly clean! Muriel was super kind for whatever we might need. Pleasant stay. The house and its contents are true to the listing description and photos. The house is comfortable and very clean. It is not too far from the seaside and local shops. The neighborhood is quiet. Hosts are nice and welcoming while being discreet. A property to remember.

Patrick's little house is quite exceptional. Nestled in the middle of the scrub, it is very nicely decorated and benefits from an idyllic and peaceful setting. Despite the heat of June, the house remains cool. The terrace is very pleasant at the end of the day. Patrick is very welcoming and very accommodating. The restaurant 2 minutes' walk from the house is delicious and with excellent service. We really had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

We had a lovely stay at this place, the main positive point being the proximity to the beach and the sea. The center of Valras Plage is twenty minutes away on a quick walk, it's best to have bikes. The space is nice to live in, even if the kitchen equipment is pretty basic, but the portable hobs work well. The different tables from the outside always allow you to eat in the shade. The small negatives were the broken trash can when we arrived, the couch siding very damaged, but the owner had planned to change it, and a spin problem with the washing machine. But that didn't stop us from having a good week!

Ideal home for family vacations! Very well equipped for young and old, nice decor, bright house with spaces suitable for 10/12 people. Pleasant exteriors with space. Beautiful view of the pond and surroundings (splendid sunsets!) Safety at the pool, which is completely separate but still a little cool (due to cold wind and capricious weather) Recommended!

An express stay, but great. We were greeted with rare kindness and availability. The house is comfortable and perfectly located, really 5 minutes from the beach (ideal with a 4-year-old boy) and all amenities. Despite an unforeseen health issue that forced us to shorten our stay, Jason showed great understanding and was very accommodating for our departure. We'll be back without hesitating.
