The experience in Juanan's apartment was great. The treatment on arrival was magnificent. We followed some of his recommendations for eating and it was a success. The apartment was super clean, nice and tidy. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows. The very nice spaces. In short, totally recommended. If we go back to Elche, we'll definitely repeat.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Our stay could not have been more pleasant! The apartment was modern, spacious, even better than depicted in the listing's photographs, and was perfectly located around the corner from some of Murcia's most well-known attractions. Host communication was prompt, comprehensive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

This was a very comfortable and great apartment. It was about a 20 minute walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes from lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The central air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. It was wonderful having access to a washer and dryer since we were traveling light. It was very clean and comfortable. And with the apartment being inside a building, felt very safe. I’d definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

A great location for everything. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, also the bus and tram stations. Would highly recommend.

Amazing scandi place with a terrace and modern amenities, superb location, bed and pillows are super comfortable - we slept with the windows open - so peaceful and cool natural air from the outside, shower is great and high bathroom vanity/sink perfect for someone tall. There is an elevator in the building but still need to take about 17 steps to the unit which was not an issue even with heavy luggage since the steps are wide with comfortable rise. We will definitely stay here again.

Will very much recommend Anna's place. Everything checked out as described. We especially loved the ocean view with the lights of Alicante in the background.

Very responsive host, just a small downside for the water cut off when we arrived but came back for our stay. Very responsive , good communication, impeccable accommodation! I recommend it!

Great communication from Marta and Santiago. Apartment was immaculate, clean and fresh. Very generous amount of coffee pods, water, cold drinks plus a bottle of wine. Bed was really comfortable and air con very efficient. Hosts were extremely helpful in offering us to leave luggage after check-out and also helping us find the diverted route for the airport bus (big festival so usual bus route had changed). For a little casual bar / restaurant- we liked Trisurco at the far end of the beach. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Alicante.

If there were more stars I would give him all the possible ones, Juan is a 10/10 person, he is nice and welcomes you with a big smile that makes you feel at home. The apartment, incredible, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, I would repeat 1000 times more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Cristina is a super host, kind, polite and always attentive. The apartment was clean, tidy, and matches the description and photos, even exceeds it. Cristina let us in before the scheduled time and explained in detail how to access the apartment and the rest of the facilities. The spa is an added luxury, very quiet development, we have stayed one more day and of course we will book it again shortly. Thank you very much.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Very handy for the airport. Peaceful. A few minutes drive to the local supermarkets. Has a terrace/balcony for sitting outside.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!
