Quiet Provencal studio 5 km from Cannes

For a stay Provencal and authentic quiet, but only 2 km from the sea and 5 km of canes and Antibes in village house of the 19th F1 on the ground floor with small terrace and enclosed garden, bathroom with toilet, 2 wardrobes , a large room master bed with 1 double bed and 1 double convertible, fully equipped kitchen, DVD TV Wifi small dog accepted and we love to help our guests have a great stay ! There are hundreds of walks and tours to take and I'll be happy to tell you. Our neighborhood is in the center of our small town and the apartment is a 2-minute walk from downtown shopping restaurants and museums. The bus is also a 2-minute walk away with lines to Nice, Antibes and Cannes. Our accommodation is unique because although it is very close to the city center it is particularly quiet.

This cozy, modern and completely renovated apartment (2 persons) is located in one of the most beautiful buildings of the Côte d'Azur, Villa Mauresque, built in 1885. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a small terrace and a beautiful view on palm trees. Behind the building you will find a backyard with a private parking lot. The beach can be reached by foot in 5 minutes, a bakery for a typical French breakfast is also only 5 minutes away.

We had an outstanding time at this villa. We were traveling as a family of 6 and never wanted to leave! The view is stunning and it’s so private, you feel completely surrounded by nature and peaceful sounds. The upper floor allows for the incredible view while the pool area feels more enveloped in nature and privacy. Our host was beyond responsive, fixing any small issue immediately - and seemed genuinely concerned that we have the best time. The rooms are all so beautiful and have a view out to the stunning backyard. This house has endless little seating areas and spaces to enjoy, read, have tea and just relax. If you’re thinking of going to the French coast, I also highly recommend this location. Antibes and Grasse were our two favorite cities, and Antibes is right there. You also have Cannes, Eze and Nice very close by. Its situated in a perfect location, but also we really enjoyed just spending some of our days by at the home and soaking in the view.

I had a wonderful stay at Jean's place, the host is nice, helpful and at our disposal. I really recommend this place which is peaceful, very clean, functional, I slept very well. The garden is just amazing, we are sheltered from the neighbors, I had a really great stay. Thanks again to Jean for the stay that made me feel good.

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

Absolutely perfect! Even better than expected We were blown away by how stunning this place was. The apartment is beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and thoughtful details throughout. It felt like a luxury retreat. The outdoor space is lovely, with a beautiful terrace and hot tub. The location could not be better. It is just steps from the beach and a very short walk to the train station, which made it incredibly easy to explore the South of France. The port is right across the street, offering even more convenience for getting to gorgeous nearby destinations. We also really enjoyed the local restaurants, many of which are just a few minutes away on foot. This stay truly exceeded all of our expectations, and we will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Mikael was a fantastic and responsive host and the villa was absolutely beautiful. there was loads of space for us, our three late teen kids and our parents in law. 5-10 mins walk to the train station with connections to Cannes, Nice and Monaco and less to the nearest beach. couldn't recommend highly enough.
