The place is amazingly quiet, clean and beautiful. Señora Araceli is a wonderful kind lady who always offers best help timely. Rafael is also very welcoming. The whole house is a pretty green place that gives out a chill vibe, and they own a 49 years old parrot! I spent great time on the balcony surrounded by their plants everyday to enjoy super fresh air. The location is also very nice, close to several local markets, Tianguis, and good taco places. It is very convenient to go to the city center, Coyoacan and other places with the nearby subway stations and metro bus stations. I spent a whole month here and this place really gives me a home feeling. All in all, highly recommend for a short or long stay.

Excellent option to stay if you are going to a concert as you can easily walk or if you are on an express trip. It is as described in the ad, very central to various places to eat and self-service stores. I would certainly have to stay again.
