Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Valencian Community

Clean, easy to get to, good vibes, great location. Honestly would really recommend this place if you want a good central spot, neighbors are extremely noise sensitive though so keep that in mind.

This place was awesome I felt right at home and the space was huge! I wish it was closer to the center. It was a little noisy outside the bedroom. There was also a kid running around upstairs it was annoying but it’s not Miguel’s fault. The space was great and I really enjoyed my time! Miguel was so responsive and made sure everything was readily available.

As a woman traveling alone I am always concerned about safety. I had zero worries here. there are 3 doors each requiring a key. The keys are easy to tell apart. If stairs are not your thing this place might now be for you. it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. This wasn't an issue for me, but might be for someone else. Paola was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing I needed that the apartment didn't have. It was very clean and very close to a shop to buy some groceries for my stay.

Pleasant stay, very well located apartment with direct access to the airport metro, near the bed of the turia river for cycling and very clean. Baby cot, children's toys and bikes are very convenient( even the baby helmet is provided but we had taken ours) . Large supermarket next door . Fluid and quick communication with owner . We did not use tv, air conditioning/heating so no opinion on the latter. Only one window but not a bother as we were often outside to visit/ enjoy the city!

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay in Auras apartment,it was just like the pictures,spotlessly clean and very modern.The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom large with a great shower.Most importantly it was peaceful and quiet so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.Aura gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations.If ever we return to València we would definitely stay here again.Thank you Aura

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, no doubt. The apartment is simply spectacular: spacious, tastefully decorated, full of light and with all the comforts you can imagine. If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment. You can tell that he takes care of even the smallest detail to make you feel at home. We went with a little one and it was ideal: safe stairs, high chair, crib, bathtub, even diapers and wipes! The beds are very comfortable and the sofa... It's one of those places you don't want to leave. You've exceeded all the group's expectations! Thank you for such a perfect stay, Olga :)

Alejandro was an excellent host , super responsive and helpful. The house was excellent well equipped and spacious great for what we wanted it for. Beach is a 15 mins walk away with loads of restaurants.

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Perfect location, right in front of the beach and only 3 minutes walk from the tram and bus. Enough room for a family of 6. Jacuzzi was great too. We'd go back for sure.

Just back from our second stay at Oceans 11 apartment…we had such a lovely experience the first time around and as a returning guest; the second certainly did not disappoint! We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

It was the best Airbnb we've rented in our history. Venetia tried very hard to make us feel comfortable, the recommendations she made to us in restaurants and places to visit were very successful. The apartment is very nice, quiet, modern, has everything you need, a great detail is that it has oil, salt, coffee, which are appreciated to be able to make breakfast, you don't hear noise, for me that's vital. She responds very quickly to any concerns. Something that was strange for us is the parking, it is difficult to find a space, if you go by car, keep it in mind because you will have to search patiently and if it is the case leave it several blocks away, but it is something normal in Spain so we could understand l.
