Also it has 2 bathrooms with shower, dining-kitchen and terrace of approx 20 m2. The apartment is facing West / East, it is on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Valencia, with all the services at few minutes walk. It has A / C cold and heat, WIFI and TV Satellite (Hotbird). Turia River Park is at 50 meters and the Town Hall Square at 10 minutes walk. We are waiting for you! Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.
