I had a fantastic stay at this apartment - it was everything I needed and more! The place itself was comfortable and really well set up. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, the city centre, and some truly beautiful parks and walking routes just a short stroll away. What made the experience even better was the host, Nicoletta - incredibly attentive, always helpful, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend and I will certainly be back!

We loved our stay. Just a short walk or bus to the centre of Florence. We adored the space, felt like a true taste of Italy. The hosts were so helpful and went above and beyond when my partners bag was lost by the airline at the airport. They helped us organise getting it to the airbnb. We are super thankful and grateful for that. The dogs were SO cute also, but only met them as we were leaving the property.

Fluvio’s apartment was exactly as described, nicely furnished, very spacious, nicely equipped and decorated. Host communicated with us all the time and was always available whenever we needed any informations or recommendations about literally anything in Florence. Great view at a driveway overlooking charming Tuscan hills. We had a nice and relaxing stay, would definitely recommend it and come back. The only thing is if you’re coming with a bigger car be cautious because roads can be very narrow.

We loved our stay at Palazzina Maresa and wish we stayed longer than two days! Eugenio was an incredible host and met us upon arrival. He explained the history of the space and provided incredible recommendations for Florence. The space is absolutely beautiful, inspiring, and we loved the garden terrace in the backyard. We will definitely stay in one of his properties again when we revisit Florence!
