Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful spot to explore the beautiful scenery and villages of Tuscany

Beautiful property with warm, welcoming hosts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The pool was a great temperature, immaculately clean, and came with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The entire setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a 35-minute drive to Siena and 50 minutes to Florence. We especially loved watching the sunset at the nearby five-star Belmond hotel. We went for drinks at 7pm, enjoyed live music, and were surrounded by the heavenly scent of jasmine. There is no air conditioning but the fans were absolutely fine! Another highlight was La Speranza, a gorgeous deli serving excellent coffee, pastries, cheese, and wine. They kindly spoke English when we got stuck and made us feel so welcome.

Beautiful and rustic farmhouse placed in ancient olive grove. We had six adults and were extremely comfortable for our two week stay. Some days we never got out of the clean and refreshing pool. Family dinners were prepared in the perfectly functional kitchen served in the courtyard dining table Nicola was always availableto answer whatever ever came up. Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

A cozy paradise nestled among an idyllic olive orchard, ran by the host family who gave us a sample bottle of their olive oil to enjoy during our stay (delicious!). Azzurra was very proactive, flexible and helpful during check in, and even gave us fabulous recommendations for local restaurants, nearby beaches and more. Beyond that, the apartment itself was full of little niceties and thoughtful details that showed Azzurra truly knows how to properly host guests who may be weary from travels. Lastly, we made friends with a charming and well-behaved old dog who politely greeted us during our morning coffee on the patio. 10/10, would love to return!

I was genuinely impressed by this place. So beautiful! The pool is incredible, they had prosecco and limoncello for us and provided several supplies for a successful stay. I would 100000% come back here!

We were very satisfied with our vacation home from Stefania. Great, spacious, secluded garden with many olive trees. Pergola with seating area invites you to linger. The cleanliness of the place was also extremely good. The beds or mattresses were very comfortable and the bedrooms nicely furnished. Stefania provided us with many tips and recommendations. She also booked a table for us twice at the nearby Osteria di Valgiano. Great food at a reasonable price with a great view of Lucca. Stefania responded quickly and kindly to questions. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back!

We spent five days in Tuscany and took the opportunity to explore some beautiful villages in the area. The house is very nicely located, with a wonderful outdoor area. The location is fantastic and everything is very lovingly furnished. Mariaclotilde and Nihat were very helpful and even left us their own parking space for our vintage car. Nihat was always approachable and supported and provided us with everything. We especially liked his breakfast on the terrace. We would come back anytime.

Olga's villa is absolutely stunning. Our family of 9 had the most wonderful visit. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, eating outside on the terrace, swimming in the pool, and relaxing outside on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful beauty and breathtaking views of Tuscany. Olga's place is truly special. Olga was very communicative, helpful and kind. We highly recommend her villa to others.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Lucca! The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside that made every morning feel like a dream. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, striking the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great tips for local spots to explore. It was clear they truly cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Most of all, the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace or simply soaking in the scenery, it was exactly the getaway we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

An all-round successful holiday - thank you very much, dear Tamara! We had a wonderful time at Tamara's beautiful complex – a place that invites you to relax, enjoy and feel good. Tamara is an incredibly warm hostess, who makes you feel welcome from the first moment. She always has an open ear for all concerns and provides her guests with great tips – whether excursion ideas, restaurant recommendations or simply a nice conversation in between. The complex itself is very well maintained, spacious and designed with great attention to detail. Between horses, cats, a friendly donkey, and olive and fig trees, you feel like you're in a little paradise. A special highlight was the large pool, which provided the necessary cooling in summer temperatures. Particularly pleasant: There were always plenty of free loungers available - no crowds, no stress, pure relaxation. The pizza evening at sunset is unforgettable! Thank you. !.

A nice apartment to spend a few days in Livorno and surroundings! Viola was very friendly and provided us with a small package of groceries, which is not a given. All in all, a very nice stay.

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

This place is highly recommended! Everything is the same as in the photos. The apartment is super spacious, imaginative and furnished with attention to detail, everything you need is available. We particularly liked the terrace overlooking the sea. Alessandro is a super friendly host.

This is my third visit to the Lucca area, but my first time to stay inside the city walls. Fabrizio’s apartment is perfect with respect to location, style, and quality. The terrace is such a haven. Any meals we cooked were eaten out there, and a glass of wine in the evening is a must while you listen to the lively vibe of Lucca.

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

We had a great stay at Tenuta Pakravan-Papi. Everything was clean and described as in the listing. The amenities (pool, laundry, wine tour, electric car charging station) are great and the surroundings are beautiful. The road to the apartment is gravel, but pretty easily drivable. The food at their restaurant was also great. Overall we really recommend staying here!
